I will NEVER come back to this store. Every time I have came in with great quality items and shoes that aren’t cheap, I’m always turned away. But when I walk around and look at the items that are on display, they’re not even brand new looking items or as clean as they are “looking” for items to be. I don’t recommend this location at all!

Beyond disappointed with my selling experience here. Big sign on the door said "We're looking for women's shoes." Okay, great. I had a bag full of high-end women's shoes in pristine condition spanning from sizes 5-6.5.

The associate was incredibly rude, and after completing my buy, made all sorts of excuses as to why she could not accept any of my shoes. They didn't take items with certain patterns, they couldn't accept my $100+ Hunter rain boots because "the boots don't sell in the particular length I brought in."

Needless to say, I will be going to other locations to consign in the future. If you want to sell at a Plato's Closet, take the time and travel to the one in Exton. The location is miles better in terms of selection and has friendlier staff.

I come to this store every now and again, and I just have to say, the staff and manager here must be saints. The kindest people. A young girl and her mother walked in while I was shopping and the girl had such an attitude and was so mean spirited towards the owner it took me aback. And the owner still asked to help her unload her car, took her items right away (even though I’m sure she wasn’t first) - this store has top notch professionalism and customer service. Come here if you want to be treated well.

Went to Plato’s Paoli with 3 large bags of Jcrew, Ralph Lauren, Nautica, Vineyard Vines , Abercrombie & American Eagle
They didn’t take 1 item

I guess only used Forever 21 & used Old Navy

My wife and daughters love shopping at this place, they sell their old clothes and then they buy a lot of new stuff, today I tagged along with them and I actually have a large men’s section

depends on who’s working if you want a lot of clothes bought, however i was shocked that they didn’t buy most of my name brand clothes but had this poopy covered hat on the floor.

I researched their website and took clothes from the brands that they said they would be interested in purchasing. The clothes I took to sell, were never worn even once. They were all brand new. They made me wait in the store for 40 minutes and then said they weren’t interested in buying anything and didn’t even give me a reason as to why. I will not come back here and waste my time again.
