I come to this location pretty often and I told myself last time was the last time. The ladies here give you dirty looks (rude) and half smiles. I see clothes here in really really bad shape that should be donated instead.

I tried selling higher end brands but I made 11$ on Levi and supreme. They aren’t buying skinny jeans or pants in general. I just took my clothes back, they tried to low balled me on my 200$ barley used fear of God converse for 4$

I really enjoyed this store. It was clean, organized and well laid out. Everything looked to be in great condition and the staff at check out was very helpful and friendly. I especially liked the fact that it didn't feel like a "thrift store". I had just been in 'Urban Ex..' and that store was much smaller and REALLY had a used merch. feel to it. But not Plato's! It was big, nice and overall great! I definitely recommend for shopping AND selling! The focus of the store is definitely geared toward trendy teen/misses and young ladies so if that's what you're looking for, this is the place to find it!

Horrible customer service. I went there with two medium size bags. The retail teenager told me that it wouldn’t take long even though there were a lot of bags before me. What bothered me the most is that instead of telling me that there was no possibility they would look at my stuff…they had me wait almost two hours. Only then to tell me that they wouldn’t be needing my stuff due to overstocking. My bags were UNTOUCHED at all. So for her to tell me that…I was annoyed. Never again. Also please hire real employees. Not tweens who only wear a size 6 or smaller. Even more, hire professional customer service people.

Barely find anything in my daughters size for jeans but then took a bin full of jeans that were now to short for my daughter and they bought 2 things. Most of the items in the bin were bought probably at Plato’s closet. Used to be better where you go in and you can find stuff not anymore. Maybe because they don’t buy back a lot of things

Over priced for second hand clothes and the workers are rude and give dirty looks. At least pretend to be nice if you want people to continue shopping here!

They don’t buy much every time you sell because they have a lot of overstock so they buy sparingly as needed.
You can find some cute clothes here however after having kids it’s been hard for me to find something that fits me well and modestly. I’m getting older and can’t find appropriate clothes to my liking here. I wish it had more Buffalo Exchange vibes with unique vintage clothes including mom-vibes but this store is definitely more tailored to very young ladies with very slim bodies meaning the L-XL sections are small. Also the reviews about dirty clothes/shoes for sale is true. Sometimes buyers overlook that because of the brand. So I say just keep trying to sell cause one buyer may not take and another will, it varies all the time.
