I come to this location pretty often. I’ve not sold but I buy pretty often from here. I always find cute tops and have found what are now my favorite jeans that I get so many compliments on.
The girls I’ve met there are always super nice. One in particular, Marcella, was so nice. She made my experience really great! she was super chatty and friendly. I can’t wait to come back and see what else I find

Super weird experience. When I walked in neither of the two employees at the counter greeted me and I stood at the counter waiting to be helped for about five minutes before finally being acknowledged. there was one other customer in the store, and it took them an hour and twenty minutes to go through my stuff. They offered me 12 dollars for four items. I took the clothing to the Plato's closet on the east side and received 42. The clothing in this location was also trashed. I was genuinely surprised by the condition of many of the items. I did find a top that I liked but when I brought it home the zipper was damaged. I do not recommend this location.

I had an amazing experience at Plato’s Closet. I was having trouble finding something for my nieces since I forgot my glasses but your employee Andrew helped me find everything I needed. I will be coming with my group soon so they could see this nice store with great deals.

Don’t waste your time. Just go to the Broadway location. This location is way overpriced, much of the clothing are in fair to poor condition and their payout for clothes sold (if they choose anything) is terrible. Also their sales and promotions are sneaky with the fine print. You typically won’t be saving money at this location. Everything about the Broadway location is better from clothing (I always find way more there), to quality and pricing. And their sales/promotions are actually good. Beware, the two stores are owned separately so points you accumulate don’t transfer and sales/promotions are different. The clearance at Broadway was 75% and I went to the Oracle location and their clearance was 25% off…. Save yourself time and gas. If you’re in the area go to the goodwill boutique next door.

Brought some items in with a current wait of between 55 minutes to an hour, saying we'd be waiting in store. There were 3 buys ahead of us at the time. About an hour goes by and there are still the same 3 buys ahead of us shown on the cue list. I walk about 10 minutes after that and ask for an estimate of how long it'll be because I have somewhere to be and was planning on leaving to go there after my items were done, but I was greeting with an attitude, saying I was about to be next, so I decided to wait a little longer. At this point, it has been over and hour and a half, but I really have to get going so I ask for my items back because I need to leave and won't be able to come pick them up later, but again was told rudely that I was next, but I have been next for over 30 minutes at this point. During this entire time, there are three girls behind the counter, just gossiping, seemingly doing nothing other than that.

Every time I go to Plato’s Closet, the employees are rude, curt & seem annoyed about having customers in the store. The clothes are great. But I often drive across town to the Broadway location, just to avoid the unpleasant environment of the north Oracle location. Which btw I live only 5 minutes away.
The employees talk about their plans for the night, who can cover whose shift etc. All the while there are customers waiting for dressing rooms & customers carrying large amounts of clothing in their hands. They would rather gab than be customer service reps. Furthermore it also appears that the more clothes you take to the dressing room- the more attitude you get.
They are uncompromising about holds & they choose random times to close their buyers counter. All the while there, the broadway store is in alignment with what the website states as buyer counter hours. Plato’s company is a franchise so I gather that the expression “ATTITUDE REFLECTS LEADERSHIP” must really hold true here. There must be an employee with a strong personality, that holds their space well. This person is most likely the culprit for the negative, unwelcoming, crude atmosphere. I wish it could be like it used to be. Friendly and inviting. But now I cringe when I think about this location. Lastly I work at an inclusive high-end resort; & I’ve shared my feelings about this location with colleagues & sadly more than half say the sane things I’ve just stated. Rude, curt, unwelcoming, annoyed for having customers. (Customer service means you service customers. If you don’t like serving customers, then find another field to work in).
