Dropped off a decent amount of clothes to sell. Signed in on the kiosk and was told a 40-50 minute wait. Shopped around at other stores and got a text about 5 minutes later saying my offer was ready. Went back and was offered $15. They only took what appeared to be 3-4 items out of 20 plus I had in my bag. Doesn’t even seem they went through everything I had. Workers seemed like they could give a crap. Some of the clothes I folded nicely were clearly not even looked at. I wasn’t expecting a fortune, but I was expecting a little more of my items to go and for the experience to be nicer.

Very happy with my new clothing! I needed some jeans! But one of the members made my experience very unpleasant. First she was ignoring me when I was inquiring about opening a fitting room, at the end I was in line to pay, someone called her to help me out and she was with a bad face the entire time, attitude and being rude. She didn't even fold my clothing and just threw it there, I paid 90 dollars and I was treated very bad... the staff member was a female blonde with bangs. She needs to improve her service to clients.

AWFUL and unprofessional to say the least. I bought two pairs of jeans here and was told I had 7 days to return. So when I returned them after 4 days, I was told to go home and look for my receipt, or I would be given store credit (which was fine). So I drove home to look, couldn’t find the receipt, drove back, just for a DIFFERENT employee to tell me they are denying my return and to take the jeans and leave. So at the end of the day I was scammed into a fake return policy where they just don’t give you back your money or credit and you just get sent home with clothes that didn’t fit. Recommend a new staffing or just buy clothes at an actual store so you don’t get scammed. First and last time ever going into a store like that. Never would I make a derogatory statement in general nor over a pair of jeans. I was denied service by someone I never saw or interacted with prior. I never even had the chance to get service by this staff.

The staff here can be hit or miss—some are really rude, while others are somewhat nice. I drop off clothes often, but half the time, they don’t even bother to go through the items. I’ve seen them skip over an entire bag and hand it back to me like it’s nothing, which feels like a complete waste of time. On top of that, they lowball like crazy. I once brought in a brand-new designer dress with tags, no stains or damage, and they only offered me $1 for it. It’s honestly ridiculous.

I brought 2 pairs of shoes brand new, never used. Still in their boxes. Each pair was $30. I only received $4.55. Do not bring your items here, sell them online.

This place is a joke. I only had a handful of items so I wasn’t expecting much. Two things included a bralette and sandals, both from Torrid with tags still on. These were from the end of summer and I just did not return them to Torrid in the timeframe. I attempted to shop, but there was barely anything in plus sizes. When I picked up I was told everything was either too worn or out of date. So nothing to really shop for in the plus sizes and not really buying anything plus size either.

Don’t waste your time trying to sell here. I brought in name brand items such as Lucky Brand, American Eagle, Jcrew, etc, and was told the items were out of style. The items being the Lucky Brand jeans (which are 100 dollar pairs of jeans) and American Eagle jean shorts that I bought last year that still had the tags on them? Not to mention I had all the clothes nicely folded and everything was just thrown back into the box, truly disgusting. Will never come back.

I took a few blouses with tags still on them to sell. Some of the blouses were $60-$70 a piece when I had originally bought them. Anyway, I was given a ticket and it took the staff over 40 minutes to look at my things. I highly doubt they even looked at them thoroughly. We go back when it’s ready and they only had given me $14.00. This place is a rip off.
