Honest mechanics here. I found Platt's when I was trying to replace my windshield wipers and I couldn't get one of them off. They did it for free for me. Always had the best service there. Ron does not beat around the bush. He says it like it is. The mechanics there are quick and full of knowledge. I will always take my vehicles to Platts. I would like to tell you a little story. We had a gearbox issue, and I looked through all the services. Nobody really responded, and some even hung up without saying anything. However, these guys really helped us, so I'm giving a positive review. They also provide quick service and are attentive.

I cannot speak highly enough about Platts! They fit me in immediately & had my ‘check engine light’ issue taken care of a day later. I've brought my car here a few times over the years for inspection and repairs and always thought they were decent, but after the last week I would say they're more than just decent. I had some tensioners and a belt put on last week and my car was still making a horrible rattle, they took my car that same day for me and actually spent their time trying to figure out what it was. They were so nice to me about everything because it was stressful so their kindness meant alot to me. I personally won't go anywhere else for anything else. I recommend the same to everyone else looking for somewhere to take their vehicle. You won't regret it. 👍

I've been taking my car(s) here for over 20 years and I've always been very happy with the service. They always do a great job and today I had a maintenance light on and was only charged $3.18 for topping off my oil. They could've charged me for moving my car into the garage or found some way to change me extra and they did not. My car is a 99 Honda and still runs like a dream. <3 Thanks and keep being the best around!
