We had an incredible experience at this Play It Again Sports with Owen while shopping for hockey gear for our kids. He was not only knowledgeable about the equipment but also went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect fit for each child. Owen patiently answered all our questions, offered helpful suggestions, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. His friendly demeanor and expertise made a potentially overwhelming task so much easier. Thanks to Owen, our kids are excited and fully geared up for the hockey season. Highly recommend asking for him if you need help!

What a great hidden gem! We are not big snow people, so had no gear. Coming here we were able to get mens adult snow pants for $25 and a high quality Columbia jacket for $100, much cheaper than Amazon or REI. Lots of other gear available for kids teams, runners, bikers, and a cool E-bike. Definitely worth checking out!

Absolutely great experience, came in here to get a ball glove for my son so he could start getting ready to play baseball. Super friendly staff, everyone was willing to help me find what i needed to get my boy started. Adrian specifically walked me through all the new things that go into baseball equipment these days and informed me perfectly. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to get their kids into sports!

The staff and owner are the most unhelpful rude lazy it shows why the place is constantly empty ! He hires ignorant kids that have no customer service skills. Here is what took place today and this is not the first time either ! He has again kids sitting up front talking on phone and online and no customers EMPTY ! And the lazy staff lost a customer and gets a large online post il sure he will find shortly ! Here goes the simple issue that him and his staff caused for them selfs a pair of skates to be sharpened with staff doing absolutely NOTHING on line surfing the web and on the phone speaking vile ! That is what the staff does ! I will be speaking to our teams to no longer use this unworthy place of business! Many other sports store bend over backwards to keep their customers . I guess when you hire quality staff this is the difference the owner needs a wake up call . To the owner do better !! The work is also mediocre at best to boot ! This is a small review I put here but the big one do a simple search ! I hope this helps many of you chose a place that appreciates you and your money !

We bought a children's road bike (Fuji) for our daughter from Tye. He is the most helpful person we have met in a shop!! He did a great service on the bike before we picked it up (my dad, who is a mechanics, checked it when picking up and was super pleased with the tune up). Tye also helped us packaging the bike up as we needed to take it on an airplane. Again he did a fabulous job in packaging it and made sure the bike was well protected. The bike arrived with us with no issues. Cannot recommend this place more!! Super happy with our first experience at this shop.

These guys are awesome. I went here to buy my first good pair of ice hockey skates and the manager took so much time with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Could not be happier. If you need some advice or direction for your purchase this is the place to go. Thanks guys!

Good customer service. I purchased a bike there. Unfortunately , the bike I really wanted wasn’t functioning properly and since there were only two people working in the store,fixing it wasn’t really an option . So ( I think his name is Tye ) said he would give me a deal on a different bike. The bike was a little big - I am 5’2 and the bike is a 19 … I usually ride a 17 but since I am just here for a month or two I bought it. I also purchased a helmet , lock and lights. The next day I rode my bike to the store , came out and the lock would not open. I had opened and closed this lock at least 4 times prior but now no luck. The back tire was also flat. I hadn’t looked that close at the tires the day before , but I could see where the sidewall was toast . So note to self double check tires !! I called the store hoping they knew a secret to opening the lock . Then I could just go and get new tubes etc. even though there was just two people working, they found the time to come down ( I was about 2 miles away ) cut the lock and replace the tube. I was surprised ,I was just hoping that they would cut the lock !! Thanks !!🙏

Very poor disc golf selection both in terms of the number and quality of discs and the pricing. Other sports (like hockey) might be their thing.
