Removed a screw and plugged a tire for my mom and dad traveling through Siloam Springs. Did not charge them for the service. Thank you for that service! Great experience. They were shorthanded but still very efficient. Not only that but instead of just throwing the spare back in the trunk they took the time to properly secure it back in it's spot as well as the jack. Finally the prices were beyond fair! 10/10 would recommend this place and I know I will most definitely be coming back.

Very satisfied with my alignment. I did a full front end suspension swap myself and the alignment was a mess. They checked it out, had a full print out showing where it was at and then showed me where it they got it. Drives almost perfectly strait... which is the best I can ask for a 2007 Yukon with 285k miles. Will definitely be back for my new tires that I'm needing before too long.

In the past I've had a good experience but this time I ordered tires and they told me they would be ready saturday morning, Saturday morning JP was nice enough to inform me they do not receive trucks on Saturdays so my tires wouldn't be in until Monday. I was able to drop off early and my car was ready by 2, however now my previously perfect tire sensor is malfunctioning, I would like it to be replaced as it was in perfect condition prior to the change of tires.

I got my two front tires at a great price. And customer service was great it was starting to snow and the man even brought my car next to the door. Thank you so much not too many services will go out of their way to do something like that. I would recommend them without a doubt.

I am a female and I always dread dealing with car issues. However, when I called the Siloam Springs location to make an appointment to get new tires i was given helpful information on the tires i have and what is comparable. I also have a sensor error that I asked for the code. Ernie gave me the code and what it usually means. He cautioned that I needed to take it to a shop to get more details. I was very impressed with how Ernie explained the code and gave me advice based on his experience without sounding condescending or treating me like I was too ignorant to understand. It has been alot of years since I left a car repair place feeling respected.

This is the first bad experience I’ve had here and am just sad to have lost a reliable service.

I had an appointment at 8am to get brake pads replaced. I am there on time and tell them I’ll be waiting there. It took them an hour and 20min just to do the “check”. I immediately confirmed the service I wanted done but they took it off the lift and did not touch it again. After over 2 more hours of waiting and being promised that they were grabbing my car “any minute” I went to Grease Monkey who immediately started on my car.

I was at Plaza for 4 hours just waiting and waiting. During this time plenty of other customers and came and went. I also overheard an employee speaking ill of another customer, and overheard them discussing that the mechanics were “skipping tickets”. If they didn’t want to work on my car they should’ve just said so.

Excellent customer service. I was having an already hard day when my tire seemed to be going flat. The employees here were so kind and really helped keep the day from getting even worse by providing a great experience to me and my family. I know this sounds dramatic for a tire repair service, but if you have ever had an awful day, you know that even small kind acts can make a huge difference.
