Don’t waste your time , we have been in Cali 3 times in past 5 months , all 3 times we tried several times to attempt going in and they have been “closed” my friend also had this problem twice last year . Today we finally thought it was open and we drove by and saw 2 young ladies in there shopping looking at clothes so we walked in and was told “no closed “ I asked when they are ever open and was told never and basically forced out the door I felt embarrassed, and unfair that there was certain selected people allow in there to shop , was it because I was in leggings and hoodie ? (Never judge a book by a cover ) this store does judge how you are dressed by letting you walk in I’m so disappointed and I was really excited about going here won’t be spending anymore money on their site this was the most disappointing experience by far in any store.

This place is for the fashion enthusiast! They certainly have quite a variety of cute party, vintage, casual dresses and jewelry. The boutique is dazzling in sparkles and was filled with lovely furnishings.The employees are very polite and gave me space to shop. And there was a random adorable little dog sitting on one of their chic ottoman near the fitting room area. A little on the pricy side but worth it for the quality and style.

If I could rate zero stars I would so do it !! I'm so mad right now I had ordered some plus size jeans and keep in mind PLUS SIZE I received my order and was so disappointed the size was smaller than expected I even went based off their size guides actually even did a size bigger but still my item did not fit and then when I tried to file the return on the website I inputted my order number and it said ORDER NOT FOUND !! Definitely never ordering from this website ever again PLUS SIZE yeah right!

Really horrible experience ordering online from this company. A few days into my shipping FedEx informed me that my package was being held, and that items were missing and damaged. I told PLT about this ( sent them the voicemail as well), and they advised that I would have to wait until they could verify that it was really FedEx. They assured me the package was not empty. Long story short I never received my items. They refunded me and told me I no longer needed to contact customer service, and if I wanted the items I would need to shop for them again.

Don’t come here, you can’t even shop in it it’s just a showroom but you can’t go in at all to even look. Doesn’t even have anything on its site about the store being a showroom either 👎🏼
