Love love love this store. The staff is amazing and so hlepful. I have been away on vacation, called the store and described a pair of shoes I was looking at and Andrea told me they have some very similar. They held them for me until I returned. Plum Bottom is the best! After a few knee surgeries, I need really good shoes but also don’t want to give up looking cute & stylish. Plum Bottom always keeps my body feeling good while keeping my outfits looking amazing!!! The customer service is exceptional, simply no place in the area compares. The selection is diverse, fashionable & fun. Can’t beat the sale room either! The best part is these are shoes made to last! I appreciate how thoughtful the staff is in helping me find exactly what I need. You won’t leave empty handed!! I’ve been a customer for over a decade & that won’t change. Been wearing the boots here for many years. Probably my favorite purchase from Plum Bottom but not one of my practical ones-just one that made me very happy. LOL. Thanks for all the help ladies. This is my absolute favorite store in Harrisburg and in Camp Hill! The staff at both locations always go above and beyond to help you find the perfect thing for a special occasion or just everyday wear. It's amazing to have this little gem right here in Central PA. Every time I have visited I have felt welcomed, which is a rare thing these days. The selection of shoes is wonderful. I have been introduced to many new brands and have fallen in love with the style and fit. I have some fit issues, but with the knowledge they have regarding their products, they can steer me to exactly what will work. Love, love, love this store!
