We had our own bikes, just used their shuttle service. I like it.

You drive to their white hevan address, start there and bike all the way down (it actually feels very flat, zero technical challenges) to Jim Thorpe, and check-in with their Jim Thorpe store, then explore the busy and charming town on feet, lastly take the 4:30pm shuttle back here.

Smoothly run, with good price and very helpful staff. The trail is very pretty during the foliage peak (second weekend of OCT in 2024). Not crowded on the trail, sometimes you have it all to yourself, sometimes you say hi to other bikers or walkers. Tons of picnic tables, restroom at the trailheads either way and one in the middle point, and bike repair stations too).

With a 6y old, we finished the 25 miles for 3 hours. Lovely ride.

I have mixed review for this company. Our group had a biking trip. 32 people were renting their bikes and 4 people, including me, brought our own bikes.
The good part: they did pack our bikes carefully when shipping it back to White Haven. For carbon fiber fork they have extra protection.
The bad part: I tied my helmet to the bike frame and they almost threw it away. Eventually I found it in a large black trash bag with my friend’s water bottle( was on his bike).
For bike renters I would just say terrible. They didn’t check tire pressure at all and these bikes are not properly maintained. 2 people in my group had tire puncture halfway due to low tire pressure and this should be preventable. If you decide to rent bikes from them, double check tire pressure(at least 30psi) before you leave.

Great experience. Lot of bike options for kids and adults. Facility is clean and have restrooms. They provide shuttle service from rock port. Very comfortable and scenic route from here to rockport. I definitely try them again in fall.

If I could give zero I would. The guy is scammer. He gives half flat tires bike and tells you if you dont make it in 45 mins i will charge you $200. And when get stuck in the middle of no ridding you call him to tell the problem he doesn't pick up the phone.
Anyone who is renting from him, stay away from this guy.
All the positive reviews here are fake…
His license should be taken away from him,,

They can't get their act together. I wanted to rent on Sunday morning and called on Friday to reserve two bikes for that day. They took my phone number and said they would call back. Never did. On early Saturday afternoon, I tried the live chat on their website. No response (not until Monday that is. Two days later.) So, I called their office again during early Saturday afternoon. They said reservations were unnecessary. Just come in at their opening (9:30 am) that Sunday, the next day. We did, but we're told that there were no bikes available that morning. A special event had sold out everything. No apologies given either. This company's employees, Pocono Biking, apparently don't talk to each other.
