This review is based on the repair shop, I brought my chainsaw in for repair around January 15th, because saw was bogging down, left the saw 3 weeks later I was told that the cost would be around $60, turned out it was $86 and was told that the fuel lines were bad and replaced. Took it outside and tried to start it, a no go. It was so freaking cold out I said maybe too cold, so as we all know Jan. and Feb. were brutally cold so I waited till end of February and tried to start it again and a no go. Brought it back in early March and repair shop couldn’t get it started after not one single returned call I called back numerous times to be told they couldn’t get it started and that it was probably carburetor and that would be another $30-40.
I’m sorry but I am a patient individual but this is absolutely ridiculous! So here it is almost 4 months later and I still do not have a working chainsaw. I do not and will not recommend nor will I bring another tool to have repaired here!

Family business so not like complaints matter but maybe to potential customers it might. Was gonna take these guys on knowing they’re a smaller business but just after conversing with one of their employees who was disgustingly rude, I’ll pay double than to deal with this company. Came to leave a review about my experience and find it very believable to see all the other “unprofessional, disrespectful, rude” comments. Plus after taking to some buddies in this industry to find out they do bad business.

I wouldn’t touch this company with a 6 foot pole! Very disrespectful and rude even when just trying to be polite. Every hear of kill with kindness? Yeah well they haven’t either.

I’m done with this place. I’ve made a few purchases here before but I just can’t deal with the rude staff. I do not recommend this place, they are so miserable there & they try hard when you are there that you leave miserable & agitated as well. It’s like their sole reason to open their doors every morning is to fight with their very own customers. I couldn’t help to overhear a heated discussion over the phone with a customer, then hangs up rudely & starts talking inappropriately about their conversation in front of me. They don’t deserve our business folks, Stay AWAY!

My husband and I visited the store last week looking for gravel and mulch. Prices were great, staff friendly and very helpful. Placed order by phone today and gravel was delivered today as agreed with an alert call. Delivery was quick and clean. Going back next week for mulch. Read a lot of negative reviews. Our experience was very pleasant.
