I lived here for over 17 years. The place is terrible. Maintenance does not get paid good enough. They hardly do their job the correct way or the humanities they take away from us. The dues are too high. There is no more ski slopes for skiing. The HOA is nothing but a joke I could see only paying for the pools and the garbage $1000 your feeding other people‘s horses if people say the place is so great as it is then they should actually do the work that they’re supposed to do here like I said I lived here since 2005 and all they do is take away, but they had raise dues up every year That’s my opinion basically it’s a fact I know what goes on at this place. Don’t let no others lie to you. like I said, there was no skiing this year and I had plans to ski but all they do is like I said they take away and it’s all about the greed with the money other than that the only good thing is that you could dump your garbage and maybe you could swim at the pool area section other than that everything else is a disaster There are other communities that pay $1000. They get a bar at the clubhouse. They got indoor pools outdoor pools. They have much more. And that would be down the road from us and that would be PMLE Pocono Mountain Lake Estates

Worst place in the Poconos to live skilift hasn't worked in 4 years they haven't made snow in 3 years the pools are dirty They don't have anybody certified to check the pools.My daughter came home in a rash this past year.And never went back to the pool roads are horrible not maintained at all just about all colverts are clogged they will mow roadside once a year Maintenance staff is stealing and allow illegal dumping Snow Storms they will punch in and go straight to sleep There is no preventative maintenance on any of their trucks and so much more

I've lived there for over twenty years and am glad we moved here. Over the we have been blessed with thirteen grandchildren who always enjoy the amenities like the pools, ski slope, and horse back riding as well as nature with the pleasure of observing wildlife safely outside. The staff are friendly and courteous. Our neighbors are great folks. The grounds, especially the roads in winter are well maintained. Over all we like living here.

Beautiful homes and amenities but you have to drive to dump your own garbage, water is low here and you have to get your large packages from the post office. I feel like I am living in another country.
