I stopped here to do some shopping today. They have a Ralphs grocery store, a CVS and a Nothing but Bunt Cakes and a lot more. These are the main 3 I wanted to visit today. Portola Plaza has lots of good parking with a few fast food places also. They also have a Chase bank. This is close to my house so it is a one stop shopping center for me. I stop here often to get what I need. Highly recommend

Vey clean well kept property. Landscapers do a great job outside along w a nice small water pond garden to enjoy when company is over. Staff is super nice & very patient. This 11 floor building has Units that are spacious, cleaned by house keeping every other week. Not many meal options No breakfast No lunch menu but dinner is served in dinning area or option to take back to personal unit, along with a $1.00 fee for take out containers/bag.

Another great shopping center that has literally everything!!!! Too many stores to list/explain, but DEF a good spot to browse a bunch of cool spots and eat/drink some good food/drinks!!!

It's had a beautiful location at the base of the mountains so we have a nice view of the mountain Rangers on the background and a lot of nice stores. Very good stores and restaurants

A few months back, we started seeing homeless people camping out, sometimes more by Ralph's but usually down by CVS. Haven't seen any recently. The shopping center gets quite a bit of business, as it's across feel the street from Trabuco Hills High, as well as a busy adjoining shopping center. Pretty much all you can use is here, between these 2 shopping centers.
