Go somewhere else to have anything notarized the young notary likes to play word salad with customers. I went in and told him what I needed notarized and he said I needed something else and when I agreed he tried changing my mind again. Basically I wasted $15.00, my time and the three (two were witnesses for the document signing) of us left very confused.

Such horrible service never going there again. I walked in and the lady with the blonde hair was extremely rude to me, she was giving me horrible attitude when I was asking her questions. She said that my “box” was not suitable for shipment, when I had just stopped by the store and bought a brand new shipping box. she wanted to charge me for a custom-made box and I asked how much will that be, laughed in my face and said “it won’t be cheap” then when she rang up my total for the shipping she was trying to charge me $85 for a shipment that was going an hour away from my house… went to USPS and I only paid $16! Please don’t give you’re money to this business not only are they extremely rude but they over charge and don’t give receipts for anything.

Horrible service. Overcharged and then was treated horribly and with attitude by both women working. As a a business owner myself I would never want these two in customer service in my place of business.

My 20 year old grandson went here to get a life scan done for a job he wants. It took all 3 ladies who work here to do the life scan. After 3 weeks the life scan was rejected as incorrectly done. He went back for help or a refund on the $150 incorrectly done life scan. They were rude and said no refunds. He has to start over somewhere else. One month of time, maybe the job, and $150 has been wasted. Our whole family is taking our business elsewhere. You should too.

The women working here are very unprofessional. I was not greeted and when I did get help, Erin was very rude and I felt rushed. There were no other customers. The red headed lady seems miserable. She didn’t say she’ll be right with me or anything, she just said “she’s in the middle of something”. They need to work on customer service skills and dressing professional to work. I will not be returning to this location.

I walked into this shop for the first and last time yesterday to mail a small package. There were no other customers in the store the entire time I was being helped (or rather yelled at). The blond woman became instantly agitated with the address I gave her for my package. When I explained that it was the address I was given, she began to yell saying it was wrong. So I called my friend to clarify. I put her on speaker so she could speak to the blond woman herself. Well then my friend started getting yelled at! It was such a crazy experience that I didn’t even have the opportunity to be angry. I was just completely stunned! I definitely don’t recommend this place because you’ll never know what kind of mood they’re in.
