Thank you so much Pottstown sewing for being so kind and truly helpful! 😄 I just bought a sewing machine from there last week and they really take the time to help you and show you all the different types of machines and how to set them up. And they even have classes there to show you all about how to use it! I can’t say enough how patient and sweet they all are, they’re such a blessing 🙏🏻

Visited Pottstown Sewing for the first time this past Saturday. What a lovely store! It was a bright, welcoming and as sunny inside as it was outside that day. Bright, colorful samples and two ladders full of fabric on their rungs decorated the store. There is a huge woolen/flannel selection with wool thread to match—this is almost hidden in the back corner of the store. One wall is line with notions, and another with patterns. And a very large collection of fabric on the one half of the store. The staff was friendly and most helpful. Definitely plan to visit again, soon!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They took their time with me to find out what my needs were. Great assortment of fabric and supplies.
One bummer-I LOVE a good deal, but they do not offer discounts. I did get signed up for their mailing list, so maybe something will come in the future!

Awesome job done, friendly people. They "saved my baby" according to my wife. Her sewing machine pedal had an issue and they managed to fix it (even though machine is 25 years old). What was nice and thoughtful was they told her the machine was near the end of its lifespan, they were upfront and honest and willing to "lose" the sale, but what they really did was gain a sale and a customer for life. THANK YOU!

I only recently got into sewing with the whole Pandemic going on. But boy can I tell you my trip to Pottstown Sewing got me enthused about all the possibilities that come with sewing. I went into the store expecting to maybe get a machine and check out the fabrics and hear about some classes so I could become more knowledgeable in the trade. I walk into the store and you can see how happy all of the employees were to be there which was just so out of the ordinary. I was then greeted by the manager, Liz, who spent a perfect amount of time teaching me about the machines and what came with them. This help and hospitality truly made it an easy decision to buy a machine that day. I cannot wait to take classes here!!!

I've gone there for years and bought my embroidery machine there. There service is always friendly and quick. I LOVE their SMA program. It has kept me loyal for over 5 years! The quality of material and selection of lace & bindings is great!
