Be prepared to keep coming back again & again for uniform items! Halfway through the class & my jacket will be ready for pick up!? Getting a cheaper hoodie they offer instead. Looking else where

They are Crooks pay to have some patches put on the uniform they charged me and they didn't do the job and they refuse to give my money back, well I didn't rob you you robbed me you took my money to put some Velcro on a shirt you didn't do the job and you didn't refund the money that I paid you to do the job instead you called the police thinking I'm impersonating a police officer I never claimed to be a police officer, but I do collect police memorabilia and that's all I do but let's face it I never stole anything from you but you did take my money refuse to do the job and refuse to reimburse me the $128 and change, so you tell me I paid you to do a job and I paid you for the materials to do the job and you did not do the job or give me the materials and you kept my money. But that's okay don't worry about it we will let my attorney and your attorney sorted out. Have a good day

Never have what is needed in stock. Orders take MONTHS to come in and they still come in wrong. If you get anything embroidered check it before you leave. Most employees have no idea what they are doing. Good luck with your orders.

This is a great uniform store. They have an excellent selection of uniforms for state, county and local police, fire, EMS and correctional departments as well as for students at local colleges working to get into these fields. Shirts for some of the bigger departments are ready for purchase (with appropriate ID), while others can be ready in a few days. They do alterations and fine machine embroidery. Best of all, their prices are generally lower than the big-chain stores--they don't just sell everything at MSRP. The store is a locally owned small business and the employees are great to deal with. Be advised to check their hours, which are slightly different than others. As of now, I believe they are open 8-4 M-Th and 8-noon on Friday. This is the best uniform store I have run across in my 30+ years of buying uniforms, including Northern and Southern California plus online shops.

I called and talked to Christine the manager regarding a shirt I purchased on 12-18-20. I haven't received any phone calls or anything regarding my shirt. She was not listening, talking back, lied and hanged up on me. I was upset. I called back, told her I was going to file a complaint. She said she was going to check on it. She calls me back and she says that 511 has it on back order and that It could be here tomorrow or in a month. I said OK I'll call to check up on it. She said well if you call back and give my staff an attitude I will tell them to hang up. I told her how do you want people to act when they pay full price and you're not helping them. She said you know what I'm just going to give you a refund and I don't want you back here or I'll call the police.. I was like WHAT! That's crazy. I told her I wanted to speak to the owner or her supervisor. She gave me the same number and an extension 414 and a name of Shawn. I called and left a message.
Can someone please help me with finding the right person to file or speak to. Thanks
Update. SHAWN CALLED BACK. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE ADVISED HE WAS GOING TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER. Finally 02--08-21 I got my shirt.

The people that work there are extremely helpful. Way more inventory than any other store. Everyone is knowledgeable on the products. I went in for my uniforms and they were done in 24 hours. ( fast compared to Galls). I would definitely recommend this store.
