I sold some old jewelry to them today. I dealt with Austin who was wonderful. He was very personable and professional. They have modern equipment to confirm the gold content and gem quality so it was pretty quick to get them valued. I feel the price was very fair. I would highly recommend them.

This was my first time selling gold jewelry and I can honestly say it was a positive experience at PMR. I was greeted by David at the Marana location. I did research prior, so I had a range of what to expect for one of the pieces. I chose to take the offer for the jewelry because it was a fair, good price within the range I was expecting. My experience at the Thornydale location in Marana was excellent. The jewelry repair was fast and at a fair price. My 50 year+ ring looks brand new. David and Ismael were friendly and professional. I’m very impressed with their service.

Went in for a watch adjustment and Ismael gave great customer service. He advised me on what my next steps were in obtaining more watch links and proceeded to put them in free of charge when I got them. Also, I had an issue with the watch not working after the adjustment and he continued to show his professionalism and fix the watch. Phenomenal people and fantastic place all around. Highly recommend this place if you need anything done to your jewelry.
