Very Disrespectful, given my outfit for alterations and she ruined it. Didn’t even accepted her mistake and contrastingly rudely argued with me. I requested if she can do it again and I can wait and even I can bring extra stuff she needs to do it but she disrespectfully denied. Well this kind of service and communication is not expected. And you already ruined my dress. Thanks for your service. Do not recommend at all.

As a non Punjabi suit customer I was shocked at the customer service provided by the owner since it was the FIRST time that I entered a suit store and was treated with the best customer service experience from beginning to end. She greeted us upon entry and asked us what we were shopping for and when I showed her inspiration pictures of what I had in mind she started to go through inventory to see what she had similar to offer. The suits available are gorgeous lots of hand painted and embellished suits and floral print. I would definitely shop here again and recommend it to others. If you haven’t been suit shopping before and non Punjabi, I would let her know so she could give you more attention and more detailed service.

Also, if you have never visited an indian store or suit store then you should know that you’ll be greeted with limited attention and interaction from the owner which comes off as “rude”. So far that has been my experience so far up until I came to this store. The prices for this store are also reasonable and there’s plenty of parking.

The lady working there was super friendly and very nice. As a non Indian person I found going to an Indian clothing store very intimidating but needed specific clothing for an event and found this awesome place. The lady measured me and was kind in helping me choose certain items and even gave me recommendations and helpful tips. I would recommend this store to anyone and the clothes and fabrics they have there are just so beautiful! If I’m ever in need of specific clothing again (and hopefully will, because the fabrics there are so beautiful!) I will definitely be coming back!

Very nice experience! I needed something fancy to go to a wedding reception and got a very nice lengha. The owner had very nice options with a good variety of colors. I love what I got and also found matching jewelry. The prices were better than shops in the bay area and Turlock.

Very disrespectful person, I went in there to really find something good, and I was on the phone, I told her I’m looking for something fancy and she she told me I should hang up the phone and was very rude and disrespectful! Your job is to have a good customer service so people come and you make money out of it! No need for you to be such a rude arrogant person! Maybe that’s why nobody comes in to that shop! Please learn customer service because that will get you business! Not your arrogance that you have for idk what reason!
