Stop here while exploring whiskey row and it was great. They have all kinds of stuff including souvenirs, shirts, hats, boots and lots of other cool products.

I would give zero stars if possible. These are the most rude, snobbish and mean people I’ve ever met. You’d think at a beautiful, locally owned store the people would be respectful and considerate. This is not the case. Buyer beware. These people do not know how to treat a customer. Stay far far away.

We were so happy to have bumped into this place on the way to dinner. The women running the shop were SO sweet and friendly, helped us check back stock, held our items at the counter, and answered all of our questions with bright attitudes. The best souvenir shop - we grabbed cute magnets, breathable cowboy hats for a river trip, some beautiful jewelry and look forward to grabbing jackets and boots if/when we have a chance to return. Stayed until closed looking at all the great options!

Super sorry to leave this review because I like this store and frequent it often. Great place to buy presents for those visiting Prescott. And they have a great selection. However I have been treated very rudly this week. I called and asked for a book to be set back for me. When I went to get it the clerk put it in the bag and I didn't get to see it. I went to the car and pulled it out to show my husband. It was ripped about an inch on the paper cover. I immediately went back in and said I'd like to see if they had another. The clerk snapped at me
saying well did you rip it? I promised I didn't rip it to which she said well it was OK when I put it in the bag. I felt like she accused me of lying ...twice.. not ok.
I get they have a lot of people try to pull stuff over. That seems to be the nature of retail anymore. I sat on it a few days and decided to share it with either the owner or manager. I was told we don't know how available the owner is but the manager called me back. She said that people break things all time and expect them to replace it. I did mention the quality mattered..... It wasn't taken well. She also said it is our policy to question them to as if they broke it and usually they tell the truth. Again I felt accused.. Maybe I am too sensitive. But I don't think this is the away to handle it. She ended by saying I hope you continue to shop with us and hung up..probably won't and think the owner should make themselves available.
I see they have another current negative review. Maybe their policies need reviewing. Manager just called me I guess I neglected to mention I received a new book. She said she was offended I didn't tell her and I had blown this out of proportion. Guess it depends on how you look at it.
