My go to store for my vape juice and pods, they always have what I need in stock, staff is super pleasant and helpful if I need, and I love that it always smells good because of the incense. Just an all around great business that I feel deserves recognition.

In only giving 2 stars cause the people who work here are super friendly & helpful. I do have one issue, if you buy a vape there & it doesn't work, YOU'RE screwed. There's a strict no refund policy & you can't even exchange it for one that works. I've had a few vapes suddenly stop working & one that made a strange noise after i pulled on it, it sounded like i was still pulling on it but I wasn't, I was scared thinking it was going to explode. I called, and they said to throw it away to be safe, but they couldn't do anything (i just bought it about 15mins earlier, all i did was drive home). The guys shop is insured..... he should eat that cost or send it back to the manufacturer & replace it but instead the customer has to eat it! Shops are insured for that exact reason!

The last couple times i come in here it is so hot you get lightheaded. I cant even look around for my stuff because its so uncomfortable. If its not freezing cold outside then dont bother going in because its going to be hot af.

The staff is really friendly and nice and will chat with you a few minutes. So, that's great customer service. Prices are good and vape selection is great. I just go in for a red bull or prime, also reasonably priced!

It takes a lot for me to write something like this. I am pretty much a low keyed person that is fair and understanding.

I have been going to this establishment for over 2 years now. Spent about $50 a week on vape products. So, I probably wasn't their biggest client, but definitely a regular. I started to use a new product, Geek Bars". I bought (6) of them over the course of 4 weeks. (2) of the bars would lose their charge with in 10 minutes of using them (starting at 100% charge). I threw one of them out, because I was getting frustrated.

I called up Prime Tobacco and they said to come on a speak with the owner, which I did. I spoke with owner to explain the situation. The charge was at 55% when I came into the shop, Took a few puffs, charge was coming down pretty steady, not a 0% yet. The owner was saying the device was working, and would not replace it. I tried to further explain the situation and that it will hit 0% soon, but he was convinced it was working ok.

I got frustrated, went to my car, and the device was now at 0 percent charge. I came back into the shop, put the Geek Bar on the counter, told the owner, (" it is at 0% now), and calmly walked out of the store, he offered to replace the device while I was leaving, I declined. This was a 100% principle thing, had nothing to do with money.

Needless to say, I will never support this shop in any way, shape or form again. In all my years, I never experienced anything like this. I thought it was important to share this information. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
