After having a crisis from making the dreaded mistake of ordering a wedding dress online, I came here VERY last minute to find a wedding dress. I told them my story and they immediately helped me find the most perfect dress! They had a large variety of very pretty, elegant dresses.They hooked me up with a reasonably priced beautiful gown and even gave me a recommendation to an amazing tailor who got me in again VERY last minute to make my dream come true. I cannot thank the staff and owner of Promises Bridal enough! Bride advice:Weddings are so stressful but everything seems to work out. Here’s some photos of my beautiful gown. 🤗

Sydney and Abby have the brightest & most soothing energy. They were so helpful and 1000% made my anxiety just vanish. Sydney was my Bridal Stylist and her picks was shuffling around my top 3! Lol she is so good at her job, immediately knew my right sizes and quickly knew what was my style & vibe. She really made my experience so much better than I imagined.
Now, the dresses are an absolute dream. Something for everyone can be found here. The place was absolutely gorgeous with a runway & tons of accessories. 10 ⭐️s if I could

Purchased formal wear for my spouse and I here. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Only reason I dont give 4-5 stars is because there is no way to see how things fit for men as its ordered and non refundable. It would be nice to have details on stitching before purchasing so I suggest men should rent only here.

I loved Sydney. She was so sweet and helped me enjoy my time finding the right dress. She helped me try on different styles and find the exact fit and style that made me feel like my best self and like a bride! She could tell what I liked so she could offer guidance and suggestions and helped me make my own choice. I was so happy I started crying with my beautiful dress on. Sydney was easy to work with and kind. The bridal store was also accommodating on something that came up that my mom needed to double check on and make a few changes. They were gracious and I would recommend them 10/10 to anyone 🙂

I bought my wedding dress at Promises and my husband bought his suit there as well earlier this year. I had a good experience trying on dresses and the staff was helpful throughout the process. My husband was also able to find a suit he liked. We didn't have any issues until I went to pick up his suit. I wanted to wait until the wedding day to see the suit, so I asked that the staff put it in something I couldn't see through. Now I know that was a mistake. The staff put it in a box and bag and I made the great mistake of not double-checking that all items were there. When I got home, my husband put everything away and didn't check all of the items. A few weeks later, we go to the tailor and my husband realized that the pants were missing during his fitting. I called Promises to let them know that the pants weren't with the rest of the suit. They were adamant that they had given me the pants and that there was no way they left them out. There was nowhere really for me and my husband to search for the pants because the suit went from the car to the closet and there was nothing there. The staff refused to take any responsibility for the missing pants and I was told that there was nothing they could do, not even a discount. We ended up having to buy a new pair and didn't get a refund for the pair of pants we never received, which was quite frustrating. It was all very disappointing considering we had started out with such a good experience. I don't really go out of my way to leave reviews, but this was unacceptable and hopefully others see this so this doesn't happen to them.

I bought a beautiful black dress here for my wedding reception, unfortunately upon closer inspection when trying it on again before my wedding in a few weeks the boning is coming out, the off the shoulder sleeves are coming off, the corset bodice has a tear in it, and there's frayed fabric inside and all around the dress. I'm so disappointed... I was very excited to wear this dress and unfortunately I don't think it would even have the integrity to wear it even if it was mended. I'm out 500 dollars.

I wish I could give zero stars horrible experience with staff and owner. Bought a quince dress for my daughter. I put 200 deposit daughter didn’t want the dress not even 2 months later it was still at the store in the closet it was in when I bought it. She decided to keep my money after previously offering a refund and not give me anything her reason being no potential buyers could buy it because it wasn’t on the floor. IT WAS NEVER on on the floor to begin with. The lady told me in the store herself we rarely ever sell these! I have spent lots of money at this place including my own wedding dress. 100 was offered in store credit. She wouldn’t even keep 100 and give me 100 This is a shady way to do business Im very upset. At this point shes 200 richer from the way she does things. When I told owner I was frustrated and felt at a huge loss of 200 dollars she stopped replying! Never going back.

The staff at Promises are amazing! My daughter thought she knew what she wanted in a wedding dress; and they had her try on numerous different styles and then she chose her top three from there. After taking a lunch break and coming back they had her try on all three again and we found the perfect dress for her! They even gave her a discount because she bought all of her prom dresses there when she was back in high school! It's been almost 15 years since she graduated high school they went the extra mile and are wonderful with all of their customers! I would recommend them to anybody searching for Formal Wear!
