Our company used them for years until covid almost ruined our business and they reduced to family only employees and moved out of state. Prudential and their drivers were very quick and helpful with everything.

Rags are of good enough quality, although they often come in with large corkscrew burrs tangled up in them. Prudential recently increased their prices and didn't bother to let us know. I wanted an explanation for the newly added minimum service charge, but I couldn't get ahold of their Moorpark location after multiple phone calls and an email. We were basically overpaying for rags that we weren't receiving since we would have increased our rag supply rather than pay an extra $13/week to meet their min. payment. I don't know why any company would start changing up their phone lines in the midst of mass price increases, but this company/location certainly dropped the ball in regards to customer service.
