There in NO customer service at this location. My son's prescription was never filled and is on back order. I called to ask them if they would contact the doctor as that is THEIR job they stated I have to they no longer call doctors offices. What a joke! I worked in Pharmacy for YEARS. I know what goes on. This is pure laziness!!

I love the store but the pharmacy is horrible! I can never get in touch with them when I call.
My physician called in a medication for me 4 days ago and it’s still not ready. They also wait till the last minute to refill my prescriptions after I request it days before. I generally will receive a text that it is ready at 7:30 pm. My schedule is not their schedule. We get up at 3:30am to leave for work so no one fills like getting out at that time. Which means I go a day without medication. Either hire more staff or get rid of whoever is running the pharmacy and get someone in who knows how to run it efficiently. And try being polite to your customers!

For years I have used to use Publix Pharmacy in Rainbow City. The last 6-8 months have been such a disappointment. Today was their last chance. They have not only been extremely rude and show any lack of empathy but make it very clear they hate their jobs. If you have a job dealing with sick people and filling their medication you should have at-least a little bit of compassion and common communication skills. The entire staff at this location needs to be replaced. I have given many passes in recent months but absolutely will not return.

First, there is one exceptional employee here...his name is Dustin...I believe he is only part time now which is a shame. I've used this pharmacy since we moved here 3 years ago...the last few months they have been horrible! Don't know where they got this last batch of employees but they are definitely lacking in customer service skills!

Multiple days have passed since this pharmacy said the medicine would be in stock. We had to call another Publix and get it transferred. Customer service was atrocious. Did not mention the burning feeling when the ointment was applied to a child's skin after I specifically asked for information in that regard.

The past 8 months the service at Publix (Rainbow Landing) has deteriorated tremendously! The wait times are extremely long and the pharmacy techs are 8/10 unpleasant! This particular pharmacy was one of my favorites and I dont know what has happened but they need to reevaluate some things.

98% of the time I call they never answer and when they do answer they aren't very friendly my Doctor's office tried two days to get a hold of them pertaining to my medication and they never answered their phone I don't know if they are just that overwhelmed with work or something else going on

This pharmacy never answers the phone. If need information on medication you are out of luck. Love the grocery store, Rainbow city location.
