My brother and I are visiting the area, from Denver and San Antonio. Our nephew works for Publix in Montgomery; he’s been bragging that the deli sandwiches are the best. The best!! ? Well he’s right. But what impressed us the most was the staff - Tamara, Sabrina, Angie and rest of the staff were - Outstanding. Highly recommend a visit to the store

This new store is really nice. The employees are all very friendly, professional, and willing to help with any questions. My only complaint is that self checkout is card only. They don't have any signs to tell you so. And that's not enough of an issue to lower there 5 star rating any!

I hope the customer service continues at this new location. They were awesome. I haven't seen great customer service in a while from anywhere. But this visit was great from the deli girl making my sub, the cashier, and the manager packing my cold stuff in the freezer bags I purchased there. I went away with a smile and I had not had that happen after grocery shopping in I couldn't tell you when! Great Job Millbrook Publix!

Lovely store, most of the staff is friendly, the last cashier Alyssa (I think that’s what her name tag said) came off a bit rude. I didn’t know I needed the app for the deal she was talking about. She was not very helpful or pleasant. I don’t want to tank the rating cause one woman was not great at customer service.
