2 stars for spelling it correctly. I ordered a cake and had a pick up time at 12:30pm. I got done with my appointment early and went to ask if my cake was ready. I was rudely informed that it will be ready at my pick up time which I completely understand given I was a little over an hour early. No problem. I come back at 12:35pm and they tell me that it will be another 20min which also wasn’t a problem. However I do have a problem with how the cake looks. It just looks like it was rushed and not decorated properly. I sent a picture of it to my cousin and she mentioned that the balloons look like little swimmers and I just can’t unsee it now. The writing is sloppy and just overall I’m disappointed with the cake. I don’t have a problem with waiting past my pick up time but if y’all already make me wait, I feel like I can at least expect that my cake looks good.

Store was clean and very nice. It's Employees were very nice too I just don't like the part where if you write a check and you don't have a check out there. That's no good that they turn you down the synergy part of it. I don't like it..

I was trying to place an order for delivery from this location and the Manager, Kristalyn was so helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure I placed the order correctly, knew how to navigate the Instacart app, as well as made sure delivery and product were available on the day I needed it. I appreciated the superb customer service shown! I am very pleased!!

My daughters bday was ruined. I ordered a celestial unicorn cake fory daughter. I arrive to.pick the cake up and I noticed that the box the cake has been placed in is incredibly big for the cake I'd ordered but I let it slide thinking as long as the box is secured everything should be fine. I was wrong! Even though the box was secured the excess space inside of it meant the cake would slide. By the time I arrived home because of the excessive space in the box the cake had slid inside the box, crashing against the interior wall of the box. The happy birthday was smeared. THE UNICORNS FACE SMEARED. I don't know who's bright idea it was to place such an small cake in that big of a box but don't! My daughter wept when she saw it! THANKS A LOT Publix!

The bakery has gone downhill...I used to swear by their cakes/desserts for any occasion. But the last time I bought Napoleons there, the filling was Not the same. It was coarse, gritty, and flavorless. I contacted Publix and they apologized and offered to replace them. The replacements were just as bad. So I threw it out - Again. Then recently I decided to try again and get some pastry puffs and they were so burnt they were inedible. Again a replacement was offered but I didn't bother. There's no point if the Source of the Problem is not addressed! Publix: Find out what has happened to your Bakery and Fix it! New bakers? New Source? Whatever it is, you have no idea the effect it's having. I Never used to buy desserts from anywhere but Publix. Now I have been getting them from Walmart - who, ironically used to be terrible but is now Amazingly good.

This was the first time at this and pretty much the last time.
I went to get some breaded hot chicken wings. There wasn't any so I asked the associate there if there will be some any time soon. He checked in the with the guy in the back and they said yes in 15 to 20 mins. So I said that I will wait for it. I waited and about 30 mins later I was still standing there and that guy that preparing the food when I looked up said why us she standing there and what is she looking at as he was looking at my direction, I am not quite sure who he was talking too, because there was Noone with him. He keep mumbling something at keep looking at. So I just left. I put the stuff that I already had in my carry basket back, and since the the chicken still was not done 45 min. Later I was pretty upset wasted almost an hour for nothing. On my way out I passed to associate that looks like they were a member of management. I told them the someone in the deli/Bakery are very rude.

I had done a online order this morning with the deli before I gotten there. My recipe said hot suppose to been hot. When I gotten there my order was cold like a refrigerator also they had it in pick up with vent blowing down on it cold as well the warmer wasn't hot at all.Also the drink machine was out of order. I wasn't a great customer I will NOT be be purchasing anything from there again it was my first and last.I should have complain to customer service about it and gotten my funds back. The guy at the desk at customer service couldn't even tell me how the the drink machine been down.Also he was a great employer tho.But also my order suppose to been toasted as well unfortunately it was NOT. I recommend anyone to avoid using they deli over there on vaugh rd.

This was a busy day because it was Mothers Day. Lots of people in the store. However, the store remained clean, organized, and even though the lines were long, the cashiers moved everyone right along in a timely manner. Always a great experience shopping here
