A great place to shop. While the big box stores may have a huge variety, they rarely have it in stock. Publix has what we want in stock and the people are always friendly unlike at the big box stores where the workers will run you over instead of making room for the customer.

Without a doubt the worst Publix deli. Nearly always out of menu items. Doesn’t matter what time of the day. Chicken is always dry. Nikki has a terrible attitude. List goes on and on. The rest of the store is good though but the deli brings it down that much.
Just go up the street to the one at Morgan Road Plaza.

It’s a nice store, but their prices are insane. I only go there for a few things they carry that Walmart. And the BOGO sales are a bunch of nonsense. It usually just takes the item down to Walmart’s regular price.

I always have a good experience at this store. Publix prices can be a little high. But if you keep an eye on the sales and coupons there's actually some pretty good deals out there. As far as this location specifically in Helena. I have always been greeted multiple times and been treated great as a customer. I don't know their secret. But some of the other Publix around could learn something from the Helena location.

Always clean. Well lit. Good selection of products. Some stuff is a bit on the pricy side. I don't buy soda here ever because of the price.
The deli meat is slimy (Dietz and Watson). I've since been trying the pre-packaged Smithfield black forest ham. It's much better than the d&w brand.

A huge thank you to the sweetest cashier, Shea! She bought my daughter a balloon after we finished checking out. My daughter has done nothing, but carry it around yelling princess day! We will be shopping at Publix more because of their amazing employees!

The store is a little higher than some but they do offer specials, the quality and quantity of products is great. The store is very clean and has a calm atmosphere about it due to their fantastic employees attitudes! I mean they all can't seem to do enough to help make it a good experience for you and have genuine smiles. Oh and did I mention they have a great deli where you can pick out your meats from a huge collection ? I mean theirs even kinds you don't see in other delis at all..
