Do not work frozen here. You will never get help, you will always have your concerns disregarded, and you will never have any work done in your department on the days you are not scheduled.
You are expected to figure out the solution, not the person making the schedules that ensure you never have backstock help for the days you are not here.
Frozen has historically always been flawed here, except when 2 dedicated individuals are working in it. They want to cut costs where they can now, though, so that will never happen.
Closing managers will never ensure anything about frozen is PQFR. Last night, they decided a totally empty ice display and completely cleared out ad stock is perfectly fine to close on.
The way they have it set up is inherently flawed, but they refuse to make any changes to it.

I can do frozen well. I can make it look neat, PQFR, or whatever accronym they want to use now. But when you don't get help and become consistently the most neglected department in grocery, it WILL look bad and fall apart.

We had placed an order for a Half-sheet cake for my rehearsal dinner the night before my wedding…and it was supposed to be ready by 3:30. We arrived around 5 and we were told they they forgot to make the cake and that no one pulled the order. Because it wasn’t ready we had to wait 30 minutes which made me THE BRIDE almost an hour late my rehearsal. They cut the price but we DEFINITELY should have refunded the full amount. Not mention due to the rush of the completion the decorations on the cake and lettering were not up to Publix normal standards. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

I went to the floral area for balloons, the lady was so nice! The bundle of colors looked great! This is the reason I keep comming back every year for my sons birthday balloons!

Came by here today to pickup a quick cake in the Bakery and was amazed at how wonderful the customer service was. A sweet young guy named John came and helped in many ways to make sure I left highly satisfied!! He was sooo sweet!

Service from staff is great. Prices are pretty high. I'm pretty convinced Whole Foods is cheaper. Family sized box of cereal is often $7 here while Target sells them for $4.50. I tend to go to Wal-Mart. As much as I despise the shopping experience at Wal-Mart, it's a definite money saver. I go to Target too, but that requires going over the hill. Looking forward to what the coming Food City has to offer.
