I was having meat sliced at the deli and a new guy was trying his best to get my order together. The manager in the deli was very aware of the guy struggling but only gave him a snare instead of help. It took me literally about an hour to get my meat and cheeses sliced. I suggest you let the guy that was struggling with the meat slicer be the manager and let the manager go to a job where snaring at folks is acceptable. The new guy put in his best effort. He was asking for help and they were basically ignoring him. Your daily manager really needs a demotion and retraining in if nothing else how to treat other humans. I would have tipped the guy a hundred bucks if I would have had it but y'all's prices are so high. It's hard to get out of there with a week's worth of food without being broke. I like Publix but I do not like your Publix deli manager. He is a white male young white male... I don't even want to eat the meat because every time I make a sandwich I think about his rudeness. I want to bring the meat back and throw it back over the counter at him and demand a refund.

Who doesn't love a Publix? The store has everything I wanted and then some. However, they did not have any more MOJO pork. I wanted that in a sub. If you haven't had it, you must try it. I got a pulled pork sub instead. Publix NEVER scimps on the meat. It was piled on high. I got a key lime pie slice for dessert. This store layout is standard. The staff was very helpful and friendly as usual. Even the location was nice. The parking lot was clean and safe. Two thumbs up!

Was stranded with my car here on a road trip to Panama City Beach; instead of me having to pay $900 for a tow to the nearest Mini dealership, Micah and his team offered to watch over it every day until I got my new key and was able to get my car back. They checked it constantly and were SO accommodating and kind; it made a huge difference in what was a very frustrating situation. I don’t know if I’ll ever be back in Dothan, Alabama, but I know Publix has a loyal customer for life. Thank you SO MUCH to Micah and his team! <3

The employees are very helpful and polite. Publix's is a very clean store. I love how organized their produce department; as soon as you walk in the door, everything you can find without searching for a long period of time. Their deli hot case has been upgraded, but the sub stations is better than going to Subway. You have to try them for yourself to get the true experience.
