Really enjoyed going here and that they promoted bringing your bags your whole route of the journey of getting groceries. They had signs starting in the parking lot to remember your bags for groceries, they had recycling stations at the door and reminders on the cart. Store was well laid out and staff were helpful.

My review is based on the pharmacy. In September, I went to pick up my medication in the drive-through. I was told my medication would be $74 and some change. I asked Rachael what medication do I pay $74 for she said Rebecca Baldwin it’s your Suboxone. She did not ask my date of birth first or my address. This medication would’ve been mine if I would’ve paid for it. I spoke with the manager, He confirmed that the medication would’ve been handed to me when they tell me the price and what the medication was. I’ve called corporate they apologized. I spoke with the district manager over the pharmacy. His name is Aaron.. he said he couldn’t fire everyone there. I never asked him to or implied he needed to . I called today to speak to the pharmacy about medications that has been filled and what I needed and I asked the tech if Rachael was still Working there. She asked me why I was asking and why did I bring this up every time I called?!!( I haven’t)told me that Rachael did nothing wrong. I have a witness statement from a friend that was on the phone with me that heard the whole interaction. Corporate already knows. There are numerous other things that have happened here. I changed to Publix pharmacy because I thought customer service was going to be outstanding or at least better than most other pharmacies in the area.
Rachael blamed it on my dog on why she didn’t follow procedure. The medication would’ve interacted with another medicine I’m taking and could’ve killed me. I wish I would’ve paid for it and taken it straight to the DEA or someone that could’ve handled this. This is a serious matter.
I asked the person today after she was Defending the tech that tried to give me the wrong medication Basically called me a liar. I’ve served in the military. I was an aircraft mechanic. We couldn’t make mistakes that were on that level ..lives could’ve been lost.
Check your medication.
On top of it all, I asked her name and she refused.

Another person shared with me they gave their one-year-old the wrong medication. I have screenshots and her name. I’m waiting on a call back from corporate.

If you or anyone has problems with this location, please call corporate. On top of that the day she tried to give me the wrong medication. I got home and the one that I went there to pick up wasn’t even filled.. I can deal with that.
I just drove back again to pick it up.. The pharmacist told the manager, I don’t know why that wasn't filled. Do better Publix pharmacy! Looks like things haven’t changed.

I cannot deal with life-threatening medication errors, Giving out someone else’s information. Rude behavior as well.

Well normally, your cakes are fantastic (taste & design), unfortunately this time you flopped! I even brought a photo. The cake was to be light purple/medium purple. You gave me white on white with white writing! Seriously, was that a practical joke?!

We cook/shop daily and their products are often poorly refrigerated/ smell bad once opened withing a day or two. I drive out of the way to buy the same products somewhere else as suggested by the companies after the store tried to say there isn't an issue and they don't smell it. This has gone on for two summers. They were amazing a few years ago. I've lost hundreds trying to stay loyal to this store thinking surely they fixed it. I've watched younger kids sit on their phone with cold stuff on a cart on hot days in the store. The past two managers are disorganized and not very kind.

This review is for the bakery. I have ordered many times with no issues but the Minecraft birthday cake I ordered looked nothing like the "copyrighted" cake, was not the flavor I ordered and worst of all, did not have my child's correct name on the cake. I double checked my online order instructions and I guess they were completely ignored. My husband picked the cake up and didn't look at it so when I opened it at home, I saw it had the wrong name. I had to hurry and scrape the name they put on there off so my child wouldn't see that his birthday cake had some other child's name on it. It truly looked like it was just thrown together and/or someone didn't know what they were doing. This will be my last cake from Publix.

Clean store, great selection, very friendly staff. A bit pricey but worth paying a bit more for quality food and friendly staff.

I know inflation is bad right now, but their prices are absolutely ridiculous!! I went in for coffee creamer, hair ties and a set of 6 cupcakes and it was $25!! I'll just stick to what I know and drive the extra few miles to Attalla Walmart
