The deli staff here is... Either uncaring or just not trained enough. Not all of them of course but I've had more poor interactions than good ones. My deli meat being mislabeled, poor slicing and dirty slicers. My order even forgotten about. I believe I even got mild food poisoning from one of the deli subs, my stomach was cramping for days.

I love Publix and this one has all the reasons why. Beautifully stocked produce section, a vibrant lovely floral dept, bright clean atmosphere and customer service with a smile.
Now all locations give me a deer in headlights look whenever I order the advertised vegan sandwich option at the deli, but I usually have time to walk them thru making it and that coupled with their friendly service still gets ?.

The first four photos show how the deli department put the price sticker over the zip part of the bag, and to cut the label which caused the bag to be cut, that's an issue that needs fixing. Those zipper lock bags are useful. The purpose of having the bags to store the lunch meat in why would you put a label over that part of the package, it makes it useless instead of useful. The photos of the roast beef my goodness they need more training on how to slice the product, so that you can make/use the deli meat as a sandwich slice. Annoying as to what I have to say about this. Very disappointed at the Publix deli department of cold cuts and cheese etc. P.S. this is for all Publix deli departments to be aware of.
