I had a strange request for the floral department but they were more than happy to help me every step of the way. I believe he is the floral department manager named "Andrew." He was able to help me with it and made some special accommodations as well. I would recommend shopping here!

New update here - just wanted to say that from all the staff at this location so far I have shown amazing customer service. "Aaron" in the produce department I believe his name is, has been very helpful to me!

Great service and potato pie plus peach pie A plus.young lady in deli found me in the store and made some fresh banana pudding.thanks Publix on pike rd, Taylor Rd Atlanta hwy, Plus fresh fruit area on Atlanta and dalraida Rd thanks for good service.

It's an average Publix. The store is clean and organized. Only problem is that sometimes it seems like there are not enough people working the registers so the lines back up (I also refuse to use self checkout, so if you are okay with self checkout you will get in and out quicker). This Publix seems to have more inventory than the ones in Montgomery.

Pharmacy is mainly where we shop, though the store itself is very clean & staff are very courteous & helpful. Again, the pharmacy has our main usage. The staff are superb, i.e., understanding, courteous, helpful. Couldn't ask for better!

My visit was horrible on Sunday. The young lady at the Customer Service desk was rude. She didn't even take the time to look into the situation to see why my total was incorrect stating you either want it or you don't.

Best grocery store in Montgomery. Very clean and organized. Produce and meats can't be beat. Very friendly staff. Also best deli anywhere. I only shop here.

I get my primo 5 gallon water jugs filled up here and I get 3 filled and it takes less than 5 minutes and I'm done. It's the quickest place I have been that hasn't taken extremely long.
