I had one of the best experiences today! I had to go grocery shopping with my 3 kids which is pretty stressful. One of the workers, Marlene, saw that I needed help and was so patient with me. She took my groceries to the car for me and even helped me after realizing that I had car trouble. She even went out of her way to call the car shop across the street for me. I don’t know who does the hiring but you definitely hired a sweet, kind person! I’m so grateful for her help and service.

Everyone knows you can’t go wrong with Publix. Their products are always fresh and the shelves are always full. The staff is great. The location is perfect. The only reason I do not give a five star rating is due to the prices! I can get the same products literally across the street for $.75-$.80 cheaper per item which is a huge deal when it comes to the economy right now. The only items I purchase from Publix are the buy one get one free specials. If they would match the Walmart prices across the road, I would buy everything here.

I know this is a new store so they may be working out some kinks however, I ordered $40 worth of subs online for a pickup time about an hour later. My husband goes to pick up at the set time and not only are the subs not ready, they had “lost” the ticket and he had to stand in a line 10 people deep to have them made - keep in mind I had already paid for this online. 35 minutes AFTER the time these subs were supposed to be ready he was finally able to get them. But not without some items being unavailable now. I know first world problems, but what’s the point of being able to order ahead?

The store is very clean as one would expect being new. Store employees were polite. My only complaint is the produce section could be improved. A number of items seemed passed their "best by" dates.

Absolutely love Publix!!! The prices may be a little higher but the quality is far superior than any one else around. You know you’re in a small town when Publix is the best restaurant in the town. I hope they put a Publix in every city in Alabama.

It is so refreshing to have such fresh produce. The deli is one of the best that I have ever seen and the meat department is fantastic. The associates are super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this store.
