I went to Publix Lee Branch on my lunch hour a few weeks ago, paid for my fruit and realized I forgot bananas. The young man that rang up my groceries was very nice and courteous. A woman manager bagged up my purchase. No one was behind me in line. I asked if I could leave my bags and go get bananas and manager said yes. I come back to same register, pay for bananas and ask where was my previous purchase, the manager looks around and says in such unconcernrd and discourteous manner and says someone else must have picked them up. Very unprofessional and poor customer service

The girl working the seafood tonight past 5 wa not very nice or helpful. I was getting 6 lobster tails. She rolled her eyes when I asked her to steam them and please cut them. I'm staying at a hotel so don't have them means to do this myself. She replied she didn't know how! I asked her to please ask someone else if they could, she came back with a man named Charles. He is soooo super sweet, he took his time and got me all set up. Thank you Charles you're the best.

This Publix Deli need some work. Everytime I try to come here for some good hot lunch on my break, the food always seems dry, old, and cold. the only publix I know that deli sucks?

Today we went to the Doug Baker Publix on 6/3/24; Abby in the bakery was the nicest, most helpful employee & said that we looked “cool” it was such a nice compliment & they are so amazing!

I much prefer this location. The workers are great. The store layout is easy to navigate and the shelves are always faced up. Still great in 2024. Only one negative..,, dont waste your time on their app, It is horrible and does not work. Stick to the paper coupons and you will be happy.
