Unprofessional and horrible service. I went back in June 2024 to order my custom dress and left deposit, owner told me I would receive the dress in October. My mom called in October the owner and she said the date would be pushed back to December. We called back in December and she said it would be pushed to January, we called again and she said February and my mom was fed up. We went to the store early December and thats when she told us the dress got misplaced and she had no way of tracking it. She had me chose another dress since i was going to mexico the next week for a Photoshoot but i still wouldnt have my dress. Paid 2k for photoshoot and no refund since i had no dress. When the second dress came in it wasnt the same dress. I told her but she told me it was the same. It clearly wasnt and i went to tell her in person. My mom tried speaking with her but she would walk away and turn up the music. The owner already had a check for refund without me even telling her anything about a refund. Same thing happened with another person I know. Would not recommend at all.

Came in for an event they were having on 03/03/2024. We called because we were coming from Clovis, CA. The woman who answered the phone stated the event just started and at that time it was 3 and was going to last until 5-5:30. Everyone was packing up and leaving by 4:10. When we arrived, there was 2 Photo Booth vendors, 1 photographer vendor, and 1 dj vendor. That was it. There didn’t seem to be any kind of organization. There were dresses on racks on one side of the building and dresses on mannequins right in front of the racks. No room to look and browse. There were stairs leading to the second story but wasn’t sure if we were able to look. We asked if we can get help with finding a dress. The woman behind the back counter stated today was the last day of the sale and that they were very busy. Another woman also wanted to have her daughter try on a dress in hopes of purchasing one today to take advantage of the sale but was told they were too busy due to the event going on. How is one supposed to spend $800+ on a dress today and not have their daughter get any kind of assistance. Makes no sense. I had high hopes for this place.

i had a really bad experience with this company., when i received my bouquet it looked old and done without any effort. i would not recommend this place to anyone because if this is the kind of work they do what can you expect from the rest of their merchandise.

Went on 2/3/23 with my sis and niece to look at crowns. The lady that was there was rude, was on her phone taking a call (not a happy call either). Let's just say we were more of an inconvenience to her, instead of trying to get our business. Ended up going somewhere else.

Don’t waist your time coming here they are very unprofessional they charge you for work their not going to do and tell you they can’t return your money back or give you store credit for work you don’t want anymore we had an appointment with Angie and she didn’t bother to show up another employee ended helping us but she kept calling Angie on the phone to ask her questions she didn’t know .. don’t come spend your hard earned money here.
