Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice continental breakfast choices. We needed ketchup and knives. The beds very comfortable, bedding and linens great.
The physical property needs some tender loving repairs and cleaning. Our room was not vacuumed, bathroom floor crumbs everywhere. This did not stop us from spending an additional night!

So let me start by saying the guy who checked us in was good. His name was Charles. He was very nice.||That being said...||Don't go here the room (127) had water stains on the window base. The AC unit caulking on the wall was gone in parts so you could see outside on the ground through the cracks. Wholes in the texture of the wall above the bed. I ignored it and thought it's no big deal.||I took my family to go swimming and came back to the room at 9pm. We showered and the water didnt drain from the tub proper so you are standing in 6 inches of water by the time your done. Water clogged by lord knows what that the water rests upon while you stand in the tub. Not a pleasant thought.||We settled in to get some sleep and realized after getting my 4 yo and 6 yo to sleep in the one bed that our bed sunk in the center. Not a little bit either. Half the night I had to have a pillow behind my back to keep from sinking in to my wife whom I tried to let sleep in the center of the bed. At about 1:000am I had enough and switched to the other bed to sleep with my sons. Sleeping next to a 4 yo and 6 yo getting kicked is not fun. At about 3am I went to the lobby to tell them that I wasn't happy and wanted a refund. That I would just sit in the lobby cause I didn't want to wake my family. Except no one was there.. there management staff was sleeping in room 117. She had the door open as I walked down the hall and I called out to her to wake her. She was upset. I told her I was unhappy with the room and why. She said if I wanted a refund I'd have to wake my sons and leave. I told her I wasn't going to do that but that I would sit here in the lobby now at 4 am and write a review... she had called her manager preston and said i was cussing in the halls and slamming doors and yet had been recording to make the review on video. do not go here. NO REALLY!!! DONT GO TO QUALITY INN!||Spend the extra $20 to go stay at a better place near the hot springs, with most likely better beds, and better staff. The only consolation is that I will at least be able to go down to the hot springs later and soak the sore back that bed caused.

The place was clean. Room was clean. The guy that checked me in didn’t let me know you have no elevator nor offer to help and out me on first floor as I here for work and have a large suitcase and work stuff. I wasn’t aware there was free breakfast. I would stay here again tho and just make sure I get bottom floor. He wasn’t rude just not informative about what was offered like most hotels.

I’m not sure where the people who posted bad reviews are getting them from. I would stay in this hotel again and recommend it to anyone. The rooms were clean, sure there are a few specs of dirt on the outsides of the carpet, but there was no mildew smell when we came. We stayed directly across from the front desk. The breakfast was amazing! They even had espresso in the coffee machine. It’s free complementary hotel breakfast, so if you like your eggs over medium, you’re not getting them that way. But there was eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, hash browns along with your average complimentary hotel breakfast-absolutely delicious. The Keurig in our room was clean, we left it open to air out so it doesn’t mold (common sense). We didn’t use the hot tub since we stayed here to use the hot springs because it seems silly to use a chlorinated hot tub if you have natural hot springs available a mile away. (See last picture of the “hot tub) And my mom said the showers were “too hot” lol
They also have a bar with $3 beers…can’t beat that!
Would stay here over and over again!

Room was mostly clean, for me and my handipup Charlie. If you're a stickler you'd have some things you could bother about. I thought it was very nice they gave us a handicap room with my dog in a wheelchair, unnecessary but very nice. All in all it was a good experience.

The rooms were nice and clean. A little wear on the bathtub but it was clean. Beds were comfy linens felt good. Pillows are super soft but they give you 4 to a bed so workable. The pool area was also very clean with nice places to sit and just relax and the hot tub was a nice relaxing experience. There is a little lounge if you want a cocktail and breakfast was good. Although I would have liked a little fruit. There were waffles biscuits and gravy, English muffins and some pastries as well as cereal eggs and sausage juice and yogurt. Oh and coffee! Views are nice it is pet friendly and so am I.

Stayed for 2 nights with the missus, and Thermopolis was fun! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was simple but I enjoyed it. My favorite part was the make-your-own waffle station they had in the breakfast room!

The bed was clean and comfortable, the towels and bedding were nice and clean, the giant AC/heater worked wonderfully, and the TV and provided appliances were very convenient.

My only real complaint was that the corners of the bathroom weren't very clean and needed to be swept a little better. Otherwise, I was annoyed by a couple of families that let their kids run around in the halls from 11pm-12am, but there's nothing the staff could do about that.

There were no pests, no bed bugs, and the main road outside the hotel tended to be very quiet. Overall, wonderful stay and definitely worth the money!
