Beware of the lady that works here with the red hair. At 7pm she told me the Pizza Hut was closed and when I asked her why she started yelling and cussing at me about people not showing up at work, which I understand all to well however, I have never taken than frustration out on a customer. Waking to the door she was still yelling at the people who walked up behind me.

Veronica needs to find a job where she doesn't have to talk to people. Her customer service is completely AWFUL! She is rude and disrespectful. I don't understand why people that have NO customer service skills, get a job that involves dealing WITH PEOPLE . At the end of the day better training could help if the employee is willing to improve their customer service but I doubt that would help Veronica. She needs to work in a place where she doesn't interact with people since she gets so displeased having to take care of them, something that her current job obviously REQUIRES.

Horrible customer service from the lady at counter Feb 9 11pm. Barely stopped scrolling Instagram reels to look up and help me. Berated me for putting cash on the counter instead of handing it to her directly, telling me to “go to a different gas station”. Not very good for business.

Well stocked C store.
Best biscuits in Jefferson County. Big, clean restrooms. Pumps have enough clearance if you're pulling a trailer.

Absolutely awful cashier named Veronika! Hollering on her phone with family on speaker phone while supposedly ringing people up and never said the total. When I asked if I could input my card for payment, she said “cards have been around for 30 yrs now you don’t know how to use one?” After all Of that she said get out so I can ring up the next one! When I was leaving two people were rolling their eyes like they knew what I had to deal with her. Ridiculous and rude! Y’all need to replace her fast!!!
