I was in offer up looking for a pressure washer machine i found that the seller was a local store she was kind and offer me a return in case the machine won’t work well,the store has a lot good stuff electronics,canopy’s, tools and more my experience as a customer was great i read the reviews about the store and frankly I don’t understand the negatives, so far great customer service great stuff excellent prices, just to make everything clear the price that was in the offer up advertisement was the same I paid went I was picking up my machine, I do recommend the store.

Note: new and semi new items for sale at the store they test what they sell before you leave the store let’s be honest in our reviews that’s important.

Do your self a favor! DO NOT BUY HERE.
Her posts on OfferUp are misleading and flat out lies, when you get there she switches prices on you even if you show how much lover the prices are for actual new stuff on other sites as I did, she told me “we’ll go buy it over there” (big 5) her canopy was not new and actually $12 more than a new one.

The lady that was inside the store is very accommodating and friendly, she opens the packages to make sure that everything is in there, and not damaged also if there's any issues she will give you an exchange with another item but within a certain amount of days and you don't have no issues on trying to exchange or return anything it is a exchange only policy. I support small businesses

Everything is over priced. The lady at the store is not a good sales person. When I came in the store I didn't feel welcome, She didn't say hi or may I help you. She was sitting down talking on the phone. I asked her for an item and she didn't get up or hang up the phone, she just pointed. I thought that was rude.
The place is tiny and overcrowded. Everything is full of items and boxes. Outlets are supposed to be discount items but everything is more expensive than a regular store.

I came to buy a tent like shade thing and the posting from offer up said "New / never open" and when I open the product to check it out it was used and still had sand from the beach. Then the lady proceed to tell me that they are all returns. So not new like the posting I'd seen. This lady is very rude. Not helpful at all.

Its a good lil bargain store some of the stuff is cheaper here than in stores. I recommend that you research the product your buying to compare the price diffrence i do that all the time you'll find out if its really worth it. Overall there customer service was great.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I SHOULD HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH ABOUT THIS PLACE AND CHECKED THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS THROUGH GOOGLE. I LEARNED THE HARD WAY.

I BOUGHT AN ABOVE GROUND POOL PUMP AND PAID $45.00. THE PUMP TURNED ON,BUT WAS NOT FILTERING THE WATER.

I CALLED THE RUDE WOMAN AND TOLD HER MY SITUATION. SHE SAID THAT THEIR WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO BECAUSE SHE HAS A 3 DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY.

IM -45 DOLLARS AND STUCK WITH A PIECE OF JUNK THAT DOES NOT WORK!

NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS RUDE WOMAN AGAIN! SHE'S A CROOK!
