I haven't come to this Raleys store often because there's other stores closer to my house. but we will start too. My wife Natasha loves this store.
Very clean inside and out. The staff was polite, helpful, and organized. And when I say organize, I mean very organized.
We didn't have a problem finding anything that we needed for dinner tonight.

What a clean and beautiful store. Right when you get in the store, you can smell the fresh air with a little chlorine, this store definitely takes care of their customers at this hard time for a lot of us.

Flowers, fruits, vegetables and sweets are my favorite in this store, always fresh and big choice variety ❤

Wow! I have never seen such a good organization of produce in any store. Everything is so neatly organized together. Manager of this place is defiantly taking pride of this store! Desert ? section cakes look amazing as well!

Bought a pre made sandwich, I got a turkey on regular sliced sandwich bread . It was cut in half. The fourth piece of bread was missing. I don't understand how it came like that.

Good place to shop and getting better since the police have started moving the undesirables from hanging out in the vicinity. Good quality food including produce, bakery and meat department. Many toiletries and miscellaneous household items for kitchen and bathroom as well as seasonal things...

Their bathroom are dirty from the homeless behind the building. Employees don’t even clean their bathrooms daily. Go to a different Raley’s if you want a cleaner bathroom. as I was trying to go to the bathroom, when I was finished, my cart was gone with my dinner and one of the employees accused me of stealing flowers when I try to explain to her that I was not stealing the bouquet of flowers. she assumed that I was a thief and didn’t want me to have the flowers and she walked away and try to make me pay for it. She’s being really rude and unprofessional telling me to leave the store and accusing me that I steal every time I’m there. I don’t steal. I’m trying to buy food for my family. I had a horrible experience.
The last week I tried to take my items that I already paid to the bathroom, but one of the cashier didn’t let me do that when I already paid for My items. He only let me take my pregnancy test to the bathroom. They accuse me of being a thief when I pay with my food stamps and my own money. If you want to go somewhere more professional, but I actually respects you like a person go to dollar tree. If I can give them no stars, I would

Customer service desk has permanently closed down.
There's a huge Wells Fargo and a post office inside. There's pharmacy inside with comfy lounge waiting area and free blood pressure machine. Great location for shopping. Bathrooms in perfect shape.
Customer service was great, very helpful. Handicapped parking and ramps.

Love the grocery store and its late hours. We typically charge our EV and shop here on the way to tahoe. However, recently the chargers were mostly broken (only one ccs charger of 6 was working), and the rest appeared vandalized. Not great that Raley let it happen, and I don't think I'll be coming here as often anymore!
