I needed a particular team's hoodie for a Christmas gift. The recipient was coming in a few days time so I did not have time to order online. When I called this store, Aurora was very helpful. She checked the stock and by chance happened to have two different styles of hoodies from the team I needed even though it was not a local team. She held them at the register until I could come the next day. I really appreciated her help. She was excellent!

Rally House has the best gear for Pittsburgh Sports, including Pitt and Penn State attire. It's also very easy to make returns and exchanges which is the hardest part of buying for someone. The staff is amazing and friendly!

Everyone was very helpful. I called ahead to make sure the items that I wanted were available & they held them for me. The big complaint I have is that Gift Cards if not used within 30 days, $2 is deducted from the total of the card. This is not told when purchasing the gift card and only stated on the back of the card. This is ridiculous. If you don't use the card within a couple of months, the whole amount would be gone. Bad Customer Service. You already have the money for the card and it's not deducting anything from your business. If you continue to do this, you should have that info. printed out and given to the customer who's buying the card for them to pass it onto the person they are giving the card to. Hopefully you will change your policy.

Highly recommend going to a different location. Went in to return an item that was never worn with receipt and tags. The older woman said the tags had to be attached which I know they do not have to be attracted. She wasn’t very friendly or aware of how her own return policy works. Her name started with an A I believe. It was on a Saturday. The online Rally House helped me immediately since they actually know their own return policy.

Experience at Rally House Miracle Mile was super. Great selection of Pittsburgh Steeler items. Staff were very helpful in assisting me in locating various items throughout the store, which saved me lots of time.

Everything was good people were very helpful but ordered me a salute to service Steelers hoodie and payed for it but then all of a sudden the next day got an email that it wasn't in stock and refunding my money which was disappointing but not the staff fault the computer said they had it.
