I purchased a L (12-14) Eagles long sleeve shirt. Price tag says $44.00, yet I was charged $52.99! I received a email yesterday saying they would get back to me today. Nothing yet ….

The manager at this store is fantastic. She knows what she is doing and she provided excellent customer service, something that is lacking in almost all businesses today. Give this woman a raise; there are very few like her. She was able to get me the item I wanted, and it was delivered in a matter of days.

Good selection of Philly sports and area college stuff. Prices are nothing special so don't let the fact that it's in an "outlet" mislead you.

The reason for me giving three stars is because of one sales-kid. Most employees are friendly and helpful. The kid at the register was abrupt and less than friendly. He demanded my email address, even though I told him I didn't want to give it to him. He told me without it, I wouldn't be able to return any merchandise I purchased. I was still provided a paper receipt and the customer next to me was not told the same thing and never asked to provide their email. In 3 days, I've received 6 emails I didn't want and knew I'd get because of this. Now I have to wait the standard 8-10 business days and get more junk emails that I never wanted, until I'm finally unsubscribed from their system. Overall, the store is fine but this experience solidified why I make my purchases at Dicks Sporting Goods.

It's a long story but I was looking for a specific jacket that I saw at another store a week ago. The Store Manager, Jill, spent 45 minutes to help me find it, and committed herself to making me happy. I have to say that it would have been a heck of a lot easier for her to just say "we don't have it" and let me walk. Her and her team are absolutely dedicated to customer service. I have worked in retail upper management almost all my life, and I can tell you Jill is top notch!

I was overcharged for a sweatshirt. The price on the tag was $5 less than the price I was charged. And since you can't see the prices as they ring up, I didn't notice until I reviewed the receipt when I got home. I'll now have to go back to the store for a price adjustment.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciated Jill and Amys assistance at your Premium outlets store in Limerick/Pottstown.
They both were extremely helpful and professional during a sales transaction that they were helping me with. I will definitely be taking my family back to that store for more Phils and Birds merch! Thank you ladies for your kindness!

Good selection but poor customer service saw two employees didn’t even say hello or ask if I need any help! Felt like a bother asking for help so just left

Great shop, very clean and put together. The employees were friendly and inviting. I went in looking for Philadelphia Union merchandise and was suprised at the small selection compared to other sports. Still, I didn't leave empty handed and will be a returning customer.
