This is a small neighborhood Ralph's Store. It offers most, if not all of the standard services Ralph's offers. I'm not sure if it's because of the size, but in comparison to a full size, large store, there is often a quality of fresh product issues, such as produce, deli, and bakery. The majority of the staff I've encountered, are very friendly, and strive to offer the very best in service.

These deli products were found 2-3 days beyond their dates, and if you look at the strawberries on the cake, they had green fuzz (mold) on them. The deli products were discovered before finalizing purchase, and turned over to the store personnel. The cake however, wasn't discovered until later that night, so I just tossed it. Overall, it's a good store, with 90% of the employees I've encountered excelling at their jobs, though their are some that fall well below that, including a member of nighttime management/supervision.

If this store is in your neighborhood, or if you just find yourself in this store, it's close proximity makes it very convenient, and their are some members that almost become friends, that recognize and greet you coming through the door. There is another Ralph's not too far from this location that is HUGE in comparison, and I have yet to find any spoiled food on the shelves, or had anything but an amazing experience with their staff.

AMY IS AMAZING!! She does a lot of the prep work for the hot food and every time I see her she is helping customers and making the food all on her own and she does it incredibly well. She is so sweet and I really hope she gets help soon

Employee was extremely rude and tried to make me feel stupid for asking. A very simple question about purchasing my items. And I asked to speak to the manager and she was right there and witnessed the whole thing and didn't care at all. As a matter of fact, laughed at me, I have a disability and I. Don't think people like this should be working in customer service at all.
They have very poor leadership skills and HORRIBLE customer service.

Whoever does the hiring here at this store needs to be fired as well. I was shocked at how disrespectful and rude were there .

Meat department is unbelievably rude and unhelpful! Called to ask about a rib roast and was told they only have chicken. Drove to the store to ask about the roast and the short guy with gray hair whose name starts with L ignored me for a while then told me the meat cutter is on break and he didn't know when he would be back - maybe 30 minutes. Wouldn't take an order for pickup in a day or two. I like the store in general but the meat department is shameful.

Ralph's is great. No Ezekiel bread anymore, sad about that. But I looked and looked and looked for an employee on the floor but ended up going to the cashier who looked it up and said maybe the bakery knew but the look I got from an older black lady who was packing fried chicken. Ew Lord! I guess the bakery wasn't her area because she then turned to the bakery lady and said do y'all have Ezekiel bread? Then the that young came over and helped me. But, I guess no matter how much we pay for groceries, Stores just can't find friendly help.

Restalking shelves here sucks. Most of the time, they don't have the things I need to buy. The reslaking of shelves here is basically nonexistent. They need to do a better job at restalking here. They are so terrible and need to do a better job at reslaking the shelves. >:(

Starbucks kiosk workers (specifically a woman named Hilda) was super rude, very messy, and she seemed very neglectful of her partners. Not sure who to complain. I would just reccomend going to an actual starbucks cafe, and not this kiosk.
