I am super happy with the customer service i received from Robert!! He was extremely knowledgeable and took care of my jewelry! I dropped off my birthday ring on Tuesday and received it back on Thursday with perfect fit and gorgeous!! Thank you Robert and the nice gentlemen who sized and cleaned it for me!!! Will definantly be a return customer!! Very very happy!!! The pictures don't do this ring justice!! Its gorgeous!!

Took in a Citizen watch that I bought on line last week to have couple links taken out and it was a quick and easy process. While was waiting I was looking at rings and decided to get one. They sized my finger because I didn't know my size. They ordered the ring for me and it was in in less than a week. Just picked it up and glad with my purchase. Entire staff was friendly and talked to me while I was looking and didn't feel forced to by anything. Highly recommend hitting these guys up for any jewelry needs.

So happy with the work that was done to piece my mother's ring back together. It has great sentimental value and for it to look just as good as before the damage, is fantastic. You can't even see any demarcation, etc. at the repair site.
It is perfect. Thank you so much for the phenomenal job.
