Robbin is wonderful. She talked me through my choices of items, set me up with financing, and even put half my order on hold until the next day while I was making a final decision. You can tell she really loves her job and clients. Highly recommend!

Second time coming to this store and successfully finding everything we wanted, thanks to Rhonda’s help (Plymouth meeting location)! We got a bedroom set, an even better couch than we had in mind, a bed set, with mattress and a vanity. Rhonda greeted us quickly and with a smile. We told her what we had in mind and it took off from there. She had a positive attitude and understood exactly what we were looking for. Great experience. Great furniture. So glad I went into this store. Rhonda, the salesperson, was very professional and helpful. She left me alone to look at the furniture when I asked her to. She answered any questions I had. She was very familiar with the inventory and gave me great ideas for what furniture would work to solve certain issues in my condo layout.

I can't remember her name, but the employee that helped me in the was very kind and personable. She helped me to pick out a good dresser and night stand combo that would suit me well.
Delivery was 3 days later. The gentleman were timely and no damage noted on my new furniture.

I came into the store to purchase a mattress. My salesperson energy was somewhat blah. She wasn't mean or negative, she just didn't seem like she thought I was going to buy anything. I initially left the store to the store to think about buying something when she didn't give me the energy of expecting me to buy. I needed a mattress so I went in and purchased. She became more receptive when she saw I was making the purchase.

The Sales Lead at the Plymouth Meeting R&F,Robbin, KNEW HER INVENTORY. She was knowledgeable about various items I looked at, and was accommodating in showing me around the store to try out and compare. Later, Robbin was helpful in getting finances arranged before the Sale ended same day. (I did not use R&F financing).
Excellent experience.
