The service department is the worst. I’ve been trusting them to work on my suv all the while they have been taking short cuts. Finally I had enough after I made the first available appointment because my car needs some work 1pm on a Friday when I get there, the guy tells me nobody’s even gonna look at my car on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Why have me waste my time and make the appointment why not just make it on a Monday? I called Super Shop they got me right in and I know their work is quality. You might spend a little more but at least you know they will do good work and won’t waste your time.

I went in to service my 2016 Ram 1500 Rebel and left with a 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel. I had an excellent experience during the whole process. My sales personnel were Richard and Jazz. They both were friendly, professional and made it easy to purchase a new vehicle. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying a vehicle. I highly recommend asking for them when buying or selling a vehicle at Razzari Ram.

My elderly parents bought a new Jeep Compass (less than 50 miles on it) the first weekend in January. Looking back, the first red flag should have been how dirty the car was. When you buy a new car, it should be totally clean. The salesman said they could bring it in on a weekday to be completely detailed. They drove it home and the next day it was dead. They struggled to get it towed back to the dealership. After a week, they were told it was ready to be picked up. When we arrived, all four side windows and the piano black panels between the windows were scratched to hell, like someone had buffed them with a wire wheel. The manager said all parts would be ordered on Monday and it would take about 2 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks! Only two windows were ordered. They are saying they can’t get the panels AND the car will not start again! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! They need to buy this car back and stop jerking my parents around. I am furious.

Bought a car from razzari recently, Johnny was very helpful and I didn't pressured, I'm pleased with the price of the vehicle. They gave me a fair price for my trade in. Just don't like spending a lot. Decent price on the gladiator though. Acceptable. Maybe because Stellantis finally dropping prices. If ya know what I mean?!...

these guys tried to tell me that I was going to have to drive my truck for another 30,000 miles before they were"allowed" to crack open my transmission because of Dodge guidelines, even though my transmission fluid was watery and black. they also tried to tell me that my warranty wouldn't cover transmission work, even though it absolutely will. I only brought my truck to this dealership, against the advice of everyone I know in merced, because multiple other shops wouldn't touch my warranty because they couldn't overcharge me for the warranty work on a transmission.

the service writer was cool, but as per usual dealership mechanics can't wipe their own butts if Dodge hasn't given them a printout of how to do it.
