I was in the market for inquiring on a trade in deal recently & drove down to the Nissan Razzari in Merced. Upon arrival i was professionally greeted by Robert V. Very professional gentlemen , asked me a few questions we got talking about what I had in mind and what we could possibly do in my best interest, before we knew it we ran numbers and I was in the truck of my dreams, I was very satisfied with Robert and the team for taking my time and best interest into consideration, thanks again to the Finance manager Mathew Dean ! I made a appointment for service on my 2019 Nissan Murano. Another driver stopped me and said there was something hanging underneath my car. I wasn't sure about what the other driver meant, I arrived at Razzari and the service advisor came out, I explained my concern, he took a picture for me to see close up and he explained that what I saw was the exhaust and everything thing is fine. He set my warning indicators ( I bought the car Nov.2023). Excellent visit, wonderful service department. Thank you!!!

Going into a car dealership is probably my least favorite thing to do. I just bought a new truck and the guys at Razzari made the experience much better than expected. They have a very friendly and respectful atmosphere around there. No 2 hour grind in the finance office. Horacio was my saleperson. Recommended!
