It’s hard to know where to begin if you don’t often write reviews, but truly exceptional service deserves a good review. And “don’t know where to begin” is exactly how I felt when I looked at 35 years of accumulated stuff in my garage, barn and a collapsed floor on my porch after my husband died. Luckily RDI came up in my search for a dumpster rental. They were responsive to my inquiries, came to see the situation, gave me an extremely reasonable quote, showed up on time, worked well together, asked me if they came across things I might have forgotten to exclude, they recycle and donate what they can, cleaned up when they were done, were respectful of my property, and are genuinely good people. I recommend them without hesitation for any of the services they provide. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect! The crew arrived on time; a friendly and knowledgable team. They handled the removal with care. Went above and beyond, even removing wall mountings and window stickers. They left the office “broom clean” which was not what I expected. I was able to turn the office over to the landlord with no further work on my part. Any time I need the services they offer, they get my call.

RDI Cleanouts did an AMAZING job cleaning out our ranch house for sell. The team was led by Rus Moroz, who is one of the most organized, effective professionals I've met. The house looks perfect, down to floors being swept at finish. A bonus, for me, is that my input was clarified throughout to make sure I was happy AND they made sure anything going out that could be used is donated to a good cause or person/s in need (they work with a variety of people). Rus whole team works HARD the whole time. I'm happy to recommend them!

I am a real estate agent and used RDI Cleanouts when I encountered an estate property that was so full of stuff you could hardly walk through it. It was a ranch with 4 bedrooms, a full attic and basement. Every room was full. Rus worked with the estate attorney and I one day to go through and remove paperwork and valuables. He then removed everything and donated usable items, trashed the rest. They removed wall to wall carpet and appliances in the kitchen and a toilet. It was done quickly and professionally. If he encountered something he had a question on, he called. He gave us change found on the floor! I can't say enough about how wonderful he is to work with and how respectful.
Rus also cleaned out a basement and small garage for a Seller recently and did it quickly and efficiently. I recommend RDI and Rus with no reservations!
