Delivery guy is really nice. If you get your prescription filled. Whoever they have working the phones is straight-up rude, and can't manage to fill a script properly. After multiple attempts trying to make this work in spite of that, it's just too much hassle, even with convenience of delivery. Really too bad, I wanted to spend my dollars local, but off to Walgreens it is, I guess - you know it's bad when their phone service is better.

protip: Don't blow off polite customers who are inquiring why you haven't performed the service you're supposed to. It's a fast-track to going out o business. Fire your Customer Service staff, yo. Any college kid would do better.

I became enlightened about neighborhood pharmacies a couple years ago after going to CVS and standing in line for days on end, only to wait another 30-40 minutes for the service to be completed. This place is no exception to that. I was a new customer and they processed my insurance and payment and delivered prescription within 5-10 minutes. A+ They are in a prime location for anyone who works in downtown, and also convenient for a commuter, parking off the 101 is typically easy to find.

Terrible!
Your digital doesn't work. It always gives and error message, and has done so for over a year. Then sometimes I get a response saying that that the refill was received and is being processed.
