Short woman with neck tattoos working the register met my family and I with hostility and attitude when we had to go outback and find her after we were finished shopping.
When I called the store afterwards to complain she answered, cursed at me, and hung up.
When I called again to speak to someone who could better serve me, the gentleman blamed the store being busy for her attitude and obscene behavior.
My family of veterans who live in quartz hill and work in the aerospace industry just wanted to have a nice outing after the holidays. We have shopped here for years but due to this particular employee/volunteer we will no longer be donating or shopping here.

I love this place, just wish it wasn’t sooooo stuffed with clothes that make browsing nearly impossible without assistance because the racks are sooooo insanely full.

The name of the business is Red White and Blue but when I asked if they give a Veteran discount they said no. I was disappointed. The name of the business indicates they are partiotic when in fact they aren't.

Andy, the owner, is a SOLID guy. He was super kind to my 9-year old son. We left the store with good vibes. Been here before and will be returning. Thank you Andy and hope to see you at Iron Men (evening session) one of these days. :

I know I haven't been in this store in a while and was working as a volunteer but when I came in it wasn't the best of greetings also I noticed a lot of the clothes which I used to help organize was so badly disorganized but I did have a good experience with the guy who helped with check out and had said it was nice to see me again because I hadn't been there in quite some time due to having health issues I don't know if people still continue to work there as a volunteer but they really need help with the clothes big time it's sad to say my experience was not so great this time around but I'll probably be going back since the prices are not that bad considering inflation but still...

The prices here are outrageous. $10. 00 for a long-sleeved shirt that is $8.00 new at Wal-Mart. $8.00 for a candle stick holder that can be purchased new for $5.00. The place is also a mess. I watched two other customers walk out empty handed.
