From the minute we walked in the store, Redd, Lisa, and Tina were absolutely amazing. They immediately made my husband, myself, and our 4 children feel welcomed. I wanted to take my original 1 carat mined diamond from my engagement ring and combine it with 2 lab grown diamonds into a 3 stone custom ring for my 20th wedding anniversary. We had an awful experience 20 years ago at a different jewelry store with my original engagement ring where the jeweler destroyed the finish "cleaning" it and then remade the ring into an ugly setting I didn't approve of and always disliked. Because of that bad experience I was very nervous finding a reputable jeweler who took pride in what they give their customers. Redd's is that exact kind of jeweler. I had pictures and ideas of what I wanted, and Lisa showed me a ring in their store that was exactly what I was looking for. When my ring came back not quite how l wanted it, Tina made sure it was sent off again and came back with the most perfect ring I could ever have hoped for. She was in constant contact with me through texts and phone calls and made me feel I truly mattered. Wearing a ring for the rest of my life that had such love and attention behind it makes all the difference to me, and I can't wait to come up with a special ring for our 25th anniversary. Thank you so much Tina and the staff at Redd's for making sure I had a wonderful experience!

I came here to repair 2 gold bracelets that are very sentimental to me. I also had a broken necklace which needed repair. The price was so reasonable and she fixed my chain for free. It was my first time there but I just felt like I could trust her as soon as she started talking. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I’ll be coming here going forward.

Redd & Co. provides consistently excellent quality and services. I’ve been coming to their location for about 2 years now even though it is about a 45 minute drive for me. I trust them with all my repairs and cleanings. I also purchased my wedding band here (which I love.)

Redd himself is always very generous and kind to me every time I visit the shop. He recently brightened up my engagement ring and it is beautiful. I plan to visit again soon. Please consider supporting this family-owned small business!

My wife and I stopped by the store on Hamilton Blvd. My wife had some pearls that they made into beautiful ear ring for her. We both had rings that needed resizing. And I had a couple of nice older battery operated wrist watches that needed new batteries. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We have our 54th wedding anniversary coming up soon. I will be visiting Reeds jewelry store looking for a nice gift foe my wife.

Redd and the whole staff are amazing! My husband got my engagement ring and wedding band there a few years back and I still get compliments on it years later! The quality is unmatched. For our wedding anniversary this year my husband surprised me with a new band and I had an issue with it a few weeks after getting it. I stopped at Redds and they took care of it no questions asked!
