When I was clearly the first person in line for the fitting room (have waited for 15mins), the only sales in the store gave the next available one to a white woman who just asked to try on. I asked her why, she simply said that was how the system arranged, which makes zero sense. The sales showed no apology and didn’t explain the situation at all. The sales women is a RACIST(I noticed other people leaving same comments are also Asians). All those comments were 2 years ago, but nothing has improved, asians are still treated differently. Reformation really doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.

I shopped here with my partner recently and I really appreciate the way this works. They keep the inventory up to date so you can create a dressing room in store on a screen. Once you're ready to try on, they'll prepare all the clothes in the sizes you requested, and set you up in a room. The rooms have adjustable lighting and an aux input so you can vibe while trying on the clothes. If you're missing anything they'll put it into your "wardrobe" from the back side making everything easy, seamless, and efficient.

Smart and sustainable.

I really like the clothes and the customer service is okay, but you are a nice clothing store and don’t have a restroom? Please… 🤦🏻‍♀️

Cheap quality clothes with buttons and zips missing. Selling a $5 dress for $500. Worst customer care in the planet. Did not offer a resolution. Please do not waste your money here or you will not get it back. Check out their BBB ratings.

If you’re going to come here don’t waste your time with the store associates. I worked with one of them and my friend used the touch screen and she not only got in 30 minutes before me but I wasn’t even able to add more things to my room myself on the screen after I worked with the store associate (I guess their technology is just full of glitches) and the store associate helping me just completely disappeared. They also have a very limited selection of styles and sizes (a few sparse racks and most of the sizes are unavailable) and are extremely slow and unhelpful even when there are only a handful of people in the store. I’ve also read pretty terrible things about their online customer service so would be wary of that avenue as well.

Everyone here is pretty sweet imo. It’s especially nice to shop here on weekdays, but even on weekends people seem accommodating. I really like the concept of the dressing rooms here, and have never had any issues with the staff. They are super ready to help but not overbearing. Plus they’re never pushy. The only downside though is the limited amount of selection. Other than that all my experiences have been good !

I was in town for vacation and and wanted to try their new high tech experience. The store itself is minimal, but the true glory is their fitting room space. I want to have a girls tea party back there. It's warm, soft, and ready for a lovely afternoon of shopping. I went there early on a friday and had no problems with wait. The sales associate was nice, but pretty much left me alone to browse until my room was ready. I loved being able to quickly browse and add things to my cart. The critique I have is the selection. It is pretty limited, but I figured I'd try on even a style I liked so I could buy it online later if they didn't have my color/size. From the other reviews it seems like avoiding the busy hours is ideal!

Quite possibly one of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve received. No acknowledgement of me or the clothing I was actively trying to get a fitting room (to buy the clothing… in my hand), but plenty of acknowledgement of all the white women who needed a fitting room. Really disappointing experience here, have not felt this type of coldness from other Ref stores. The retail associates here need to be brought down to work, you work at a clothing store, your job is to help people get a fitting room so they buy the clothing in your store, period.
